This works great!! We use it primarily as a spare freezer. It freezes quickly and has a ton of space. As others mentioned, we could do without the beeping when you close the door but it’s a very small nuisance in the overall. Having the versatility to use it as a spare fridge OR freezer has been awesome!

The freezer is beautiful and spacious. I love the alarm on it because I have teenagers who will leave the freezer open. I recommend this freezer to anyone

Very quiet. Like that it can be a refrigerator or freezer.

It's not a glamorous or exciting product. It sits in the garage and keeps things cold. The compressor is strong, and it keeps a great seal. I would recommend not putting it directly on concrete or a similarly low-friction surface, since you can actually pull the whole unit by the handle if you're not careful. Altogether, it's a great choice for a family freezer.

Exactly what we were hoping for and more. The fact that this can turn from a freezer to a fridge with a push of a button is a huge game changer. Highly recommend

Don't let the price fool you, this is a great freezer combo. Big door opens and you have a lot of shelves and door storage. Goes well below 0 with the touch of a button or set to fridge setting. Im not a fan of the glass shelves, not sure how much they will hold but still worth the money

The upright freezer works great! It does come with thd ability to switch over to being a refrigerator.

I Love Love Love this deep freezer and being able to convert it to a refrigerator is a plus as well, I love not having to bend over and dig into the deep freezer anymore.

This fridge has a lot of open room on the inside. You can store all types of drinks and food trays for big events.

Insignia freezer is amazing. I’ve had this freezer for about 4 months. It’s kept my food rock hard. I have not had to worry about my food bc it has a door alarm if I leave the freezer open. I love the light inside the freezer. I don’t have to search or wonder if I getting the correct item out the freezer. The best part of the freezer it is frost free with glass shelves. I debated on this freezer for about 6 months before I purchased it. After 4 months I’m glad I decided on this freezer.

Great freezer and at a low price. Bright light inside. Temperature indicator/set on the exterior side of the door. Door seal is very good. I’d buy a second one if I had the space. Delivery crew did an excellent job of leveling and setting up the freezer.

I have no complaints about this fridge/freezer!! I use it as a deep freezer in my garage. It has not been impacted by this Southern summer heat!

This is the impotant part of my review. The freezer was delivered early. Jordan, the lead on the delivery team had called the day before to give me a time, and when they were on their way he called again. They were very personable and informative. They set up the freezer and then removed the 53 year old freezer from the basement. I never heard anything that sounded like a complaint about doing their job. I have decided this is the new norm when you have a delivery. Best Buy needs to give these 2 guys a raise. The were happy with Best Buy and only had good things to say about their employer. If the freezer works as good as these two young men, I will be very happy.

It’s the perfect size and has a ton of space inside.

I have wanted an additional refrigerator for a long time, when I found this one I was sold. I do a lot of baking during the holidays and am needing room for cookie sheets in the fridge. Now I can can have a fridge when I need it and when I don't I can switch it to a freezer. I have the best of both worlds! Best money I have ever spent.

We had a space where we could fit an upright freezer but were not looking to spend a ton and liked the fact that this could be used as a fridge or freezer though we will likely always keep it on freeze. It cools very well although it may not be the most energy efficient nor the quietest, it is in the corner of our kitchen so the noise level is certainly NOT a problem. We love the bright lights inside which make it very easy to find what we are looking for or even just to check what we have available. Having had past experience with chest freezers we have found accessibility of it's contents is much easier in this upright which also will enable us to rotate product with ease to prevent food from sitting at the back or bottom and not being utilized. In short ... we love it and are very happy with the purchase and now have plenty of additional freezer space to compliment our side by side.
