Works really well. The door gasket works so well that sometimes it is hard to open. I prefer this because it is in a garage in FL and I figure little energy loss. Great product. Very roomy and holds more than enough for a family of 5.

I like this freezer, it is huge and really nice. I can store many items and it is a good freezer. I can also set it as a refrigerator too.

Bought to replace an elderly freezer which is now on standby for overflow needs. New one is more efficient, self-defrosting, and could be used as a refrigerator. Might get another of these units set to refrigerator. Sits in the basement on its own circuit. works as expected. delivery folks did a nice job getting it down the stairs and set up.

I ordered the 17.0 size for my son. He is using it as a freezer, which he says is the perfect size for his family. I previously ordered 2 of the 21.0 size for myself. I have been using mine for about 2 months (1 as freezer/1 as fridge) and are in my garage. So far I am very impressed with both. They are huge and hold A LOT. All 3 units arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The delivery guys were awesome. The glass shelves do make me a little nervous because they did show sagging when heavy objects were placed on them (for example 2 cases of beer on 1 shelf...I entertain often) so I now only store 1 case per shelf and see no sagging. I will update if any problems occur.

Choose refrigerator or freezer option. Great space at a great price. The perfect model to keep things cool without losing space. We were so excited, we bought two. One to use as a refrigerator and one as a freezer.

Keeps the stash real cold. Its quiet doesn't seem to run all the time. The chill feature freezes food quick. No issues to date. Buy it if you can find it again.

The freezer is great minus the dent that was in it and the fact that Best Buy passed me from one manager to the next and then when I finally got to the last line of communication, the lady hung up on me

We bought this a few months ago and has worked great, very quiet and has alot of space inside.

Don’t even think about placing this on a ceramic tile floor (and good luck trying to level it) as it takes so much force to open the door you will be dragging it inches away from the wall by the time you get it open. The magnetic seal is so strong I sometimes need someone to help me open it. Now, let’s see if it lasts for 20+ years like my old one.

I have not owned this long enough to speak to reliability, but so far so good. It is much quieter than the 15 year old freezer it replaced. Seems to be well built. Note that door hinge side is FIXED and NOT reversible. My only complaint is I expected the digital temp reading on the door to indicate the actual interior temperature. Unfortunately it only indicates what the temp is set at. There is considerable variation in interior temp over the course of the day, but it does stay below the set temp. I'm using mine as a freezer and have it set at 0 (zero) Degrees F. I use two separate thermometers (one digital, one analogue) to monitor the interior temp and both track well together. Over a day (with the door kept closed) the interior temp varies from -10 to -1 F. As long as it stays below the zero setpoint my food is safe and I'm not concerned, but if you require tight and precise temperature control you may want to look elsewhere. That said, I don't know if any other brand is better for a residential appliance.

Use it as a fridge in the garage and it operates great. I haven’t owned it during the winter, but so far so good.
