Only using freezer, but good to know can convert to a fridge if needed. Plenty of storage!

So far, so good. Everything is working well. It's great to have a full size, all refrigerator appliance. I can purchase larger quantities of items that require refrigeration. This makes my kitchen refrigerator more usable because only items I use frequently are stored therre. The only thing I would change is the fact that the shelves cannot be adjusted. My only concern is the longevity of the appliance. I have no idea how good a brand Insignia is. I bought the extended warranty. The low cost of the warranty indicates that few problems occur, so I feel some confidence reliability will not be an issue.

This is one of the best purchases I've made to date!!!!! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quality freezer ,at an affordable price.

Just what we ordered…fits the spot in the garage perfectly. Excellent capacity, easy to separate different meats.

I purchased 2- one to be a freezer and the other a refrigerator. Both are holding temperature and are a perfect size! The digital screen is easy to use.

Excellent freezer runs well and quiet. Has a great look to it too. Haven't tried the fridge conversion but the freezer is amazing.

Overall it seems very good. I've only had it about a month and have only used it as a freezer. It seem well-made and holds its temperature. I like that it feels fairly spacious, making good use of the 4 shelves (3 are removable, 2 are slightly adjustable), 2 large drawers and 4 small door bins/pockets. My only concern is that is it pretty light (I only have it about 1/4 full so far), so that the whole thing moves toward you when you open the door (the suction on the door is tight). Also, and the door has to be pushed all the way closed -- a normal push leaves it standing partially open. I still think I would buy it again.

Easy no contact delivery! The upright freezer looks awesome with great storage organization inside. It does amazing awesome job keeping freezing temperatures and you can see when you walk by if there is an open door etc.

This is a review of a service representative named Anthony De Vita, not the appliance. This young man went way beyond his call of duty. He simply wanted to help not for a monetary bonus, but to be a good human and help someone who needed help. This and the fact that he actually acted is very hard to come by in my experience in this day and age. My appliance that was delivered was severely damaged and I have had no refrigerator for 10 days. He was so attentive that I am able to totally overlook that fact. What a different society we would have if people had the desire to simply be better people in general.

So far so good..Going on a month since our purchase..has plenty of space for the our yearly take on deer meat, plus still has some space for any bulk frozen goods we may need to keep that doesn't fit in our kitchen freezer.

We bought this freezer to stack up in groceries just in case we have another hard freeze. We even got this one as a flier model and we love it! We definitely recommend this at the price point.

Versatility 2 in 1 , color, spacious, nice illumination and price

Glad we jumped on this when we did. It's a good size, quiet, and does exactly what we needed it to do. Easy temp control, an alarm if the door isn't shut, and ample shelf storage make this an easy 5 star.
