Overall, very pleased with the function of this freezer/refrigerator in the 30 days since delivery. The quick freeze mode worked quickly to transfer food items before thawing out. NOTE: Write down serial# for freezer BEFORE installation and packing with food items! You will need this for registering product. (found out through customer service). The Model# is located on left outer, upper side of freezer. The Serial# should be located in an accessible place as well!

Exception freezer, low temps, good seal, perfect for everything I use it for.

One option this does not have is the flexibility of having the door open both ways. It only comes with a right swing. I would have bought 2 if it had the option of a left swing.

My 17 year old garage freezer bit the dust. While keeping the door closed to keep the contents frozen, I went all over the place looking for a freezer that I could bring home that night. Found this Insignia convertible at Best Buy. Never had a convertible frig/freezer before, Picked it up from the Best Buy warehouse that night and had it set up within minutes. Been working great as a freezer for about a month now. Thermometer reads zero degrees (F) all the time.

Freezer is doing it's job very well. Not suing as a refrigerator but cool to have that option one day. Not a lot of door storage, but the shelves are deep and lower drawers are deep. Door storage is more for cans. We store four-packs of butter/small bags of veggies and they fit perfectly to give you and idea of the depth on the door. It can be a little tough to open for the first month or so but it keeps the little ones out without help so no biggie for us. Great purchase, highly recommend.

Works well as a washroom freezer. Temp is right on. Good price on sell.

No issues so far. Bought for my mother to replace a chest freezer and she seems to be happy with it.

Every holiday we always have to juggle perishables that cannot be frozen. Now that our garage is done that won't happen. Great unit

The delivery guys were great, delivered it on time no trouble... freezer works perfect and is just as the description says, have not used the flip to the fridge but a great option I am sure!
