Needed ice but can't hook up an ice maker, it's just not possible at this time. Love ice and as long long as you are on top of putting it in the freezer, it's great. Took some one else's advice and keep some ice in the water. This seems to help keep it colder. Usually have it set for large ice, so not totally sure how fast the small ones melt. The ice does seem to clump together, but it just makes me use more ice.

Love the shelving, side door storage and the baskets at the bottom. Another major plus... if I choose to not need extra room for items I freeze all I have to do is switch to refrigerator mode.

Followed directions for setup, and set the temp to 35 degrees. Within a week of ownership noticed contents didn’t feel cold. Added a wireless Bluetooth thermometer to monitor temp and discovered the temp was bouncing between 32 and 45 degrees. Contacted BestBuy and they sent a replacement. Replacement was doing the same thing so contacted BestBuy and asked for technician to come out. Was told that because the new unit was replacement, they wouldn’t send a tech and they would not refund my money.

Very easy to use. Seals are solid and no glitches yet. We have a 2 year warranty that came with our TotalTech membership so we are not too worried. The doors have good slots that hold quite a bit of items and it is nice we can use it as a refrigerator if we need to.
