I had the product for less than four hours and the glass shelf shattered all over my food. The store didn’t offer me reimbursement. However, I had a new one delivered within a week. So far everything works well.

We are using ours as a freezer and the inside layout is so convenient and maximizes the space. We are glad we did not go larger because the shelves and the interior really allow for maximum display. In the past, we have had food get "lost" in the freezer and that would be difficult for this one.

I love having drawers and flat shelves instead of wire racks. We looked at a lot of freezers and this one has the most bang for the buck. Value priced and of excellent quality.

Good overall value for it compared to other brands available. We are using it as a refrigerator. I have a separate temperature monitor for my refrigerators, it generally is accurate to the temperature on the front with a range that it consistently goes between. Shelves on door accommodate smaller items, can't fit larger ones as some refrigerators like this allow for. Overall good.
