Bad buy!

When the refrigerator door is closed the freezer door pops open. It’s terrible, if we go into the refrigerator we have to shut make sure we shut both doors or else the freezer door is left open and the food starts to defrost. This was not a good buy for my family!

Why will Best Buy sell this to us? Why represent the item as in good condition? Bought this garbage of a refrigerator for our Walk in Pantry (Overflow from the side by side with large boxes and bags of food from a large warehouse food store with an S) and worked for three weeks. One day I come in and ALL is spoiled. (Around $400.00 of goods) this happen the 25th day now they won’t take back and someone from Geek squad is coming to “repair” under Manufactuter. I need a new one, if it’s like this now…it will continue to happen. Best Buy should stand behind their sales and allow return an not try to repair because they have a contract to repair Insignia items. No good… and how about my food loss. Meats, Salmon, Fish, etc etc etc. Don’t waste your time.

Got a good deal but was missing the lamp holder and light bulb. Had to order them separate which cost a little more money. Should have checked it out better before I bought it. Also Courtney at customer pick up was rude.

The freezer won't stay closed as if it doesn't have suction. Every time we close the bottom, the top door pops open. So disappointed. A waste of money. Too late to return.
