When shutting close the reach in door, the freezer door magnet is not strong enough to handle pressure that will pry open using more energy to keep items frozen.

I am buying the product because I need to use it urgently and once again it arrives damaged from the back. where is the engine of the product the grill comes danana. I do not want problems in the future with the machinery of my product I am sad and frustrated by all this. I have been waiting for the product for a long time. I have never had a problem with my purchases at best bay before. the previous time I sent an email and I never received any response and nobody contacted me. don't care about customer service or lose a customer?

Good fridge for the money. Fridge was one inch taller then listed. Made it fit. Item contained a scratch/dent and a green mark on the corner. 2 hours away from the closest store, so we lived with it.

This was delivered 2 days ago. currently leaking refrigerator oil all over my floor. Going into the store today for major complaint.

I purchased this for my family in May here is 3 months later the fridge is not getting cold in my freezer is currently unthawing my food. Not a happy customer. I’m so glad I always buy warranty but gosh trash in three months.

Came in today and has been running for 6 hrs, and still hasn't gotten cool. Keep looking dont let the price draw u in

I will start by saying it was just delivered yesterday so I can change my mind if there are issues. The reason I am writing this review so soon is because of all the reviews that said how noisy it is. I find that statement to be completely untrue. My new fridge is not loud at all. In fact an hour after it was delivered, I had to check if it was plugged in because of how low the sound was. Sound addressed, now for the product. It is what it is. It is an 18 cubic foot top freezer fridge. There is nothing special about it. No automtatic ice maker water dispenser etc. This is a very basic fridge which gets the job done. I purchased it as a band aid. I plan to redo my kitchen and want to upgrade to a bigger appliance with the bells and whistles. However, the fridge I had stopped (again). 2nd time in 2-3 years for a fairly new appliance (maybe 7 years old). I refused to spend money to fix again. So I shopped around for something basic to hold me over until I redo the kitchen. Then, I will keep this and have as a backup and store beer and wine. With all of that in mind, it is solid. It keeps everything cold, it runs quiet, and is a great value. You can certainly use this as a main fridge as has plenty of space.

Runs well, but noisy. Like cats fighting outside. Not loud, the noise sounds "off in the distance", but definately a noise. I hope the fridge lasts and the noise is not a malfunctioning noise. This fridge is fine enough for this ol country gal, i hear cats fighting a lot in the county, anywho... Wire shelving, bothers some, but not us. Love the room, love the "no ice maker". This gives lots more space for frozen items.

Nice size. Spacious. Temperature settings are great. Keeps fruits and vegetables and deli fresh. Good value for money. Refrigerator makes noise ( a moaning sound) periodically; but Its not too loud or distracting. The rack in the freezer can be removed for easy cleaning.

Basic fridge purchased for garage. Perfect size for my needs. Would have been nice to have glass shelves instead of wire. Plenty of room in the fridge and freezer. A light in the freezer would have been nice. Has performed well even in cold temperatures of low 30's/high 20's. My garage has gotten down to mid 30's but mostly in mid to high 40's. No problem continues to keep food frozen. I purchased the 3 year extended warranty just in case. Doors are light so you have to make sure they are closed. If you close the fridge door to hard the freezer door opens. It is energy star rated so was eligible for rebate from electric company which is another nice bonus.

This fridge is an additional one we have in the garage. Very spacious both in the freezer and fridge compartments. Installed in a snap, the delivery guys were efficient and setup was a breeze. Plugged in and left it overnight. Next day it was cold and we filled it. I heard some noises the first night. Sounded like a wounded animal. I panicked thinking I had some dying pigeon or squirrel in my attic. Then I noticed it was coming from the fridge. Then I panicked thinking I was freezing some animal in the freezer portion. Found nothing. The freezer makes this noise or at least it sounds like it's coming from the freezer. May just be coming from a component near the freezer. This is in my garage so it doesn't disturb us in the least. If it was in my actual living quarters I would return it. Decent fridge with a decent price, but the noise isn't comforting and it doesn't sound right. Sounds like it may lead to failure but so far so good. All the reviews on weird noises coming from this fridge are spot on. Will report back if the noise actually leads to an issue. In the garage this fridge is fine, for any other area in the house buy with caution.

Bought it online solemnly on the dimensions, reviews and price and I have no regrets. Betsbuy.com was quick on setting up an appointment for delivery and installation, the delivery people were great about communicating any issues with my new fridge. It is very spacious and big for my small family of 3, cools quickly and maintains all my food cold. However, one of the things that I looked passed was the ice maker but at the end of the day I manage to deal with it since it is perfect in every other way. I recommend it very much and I personally like Insignia products, they are long lasting.

We've had this refrigerator for six weeks now with not a single problem. As others have stated, the freezer door sometimes pops open if we slam the fridge door shut, so we just don't slam it shut. But no problems whatsoever with cooling, freezing, everything it is supposed to do. It is smaller than our previous fridge but it holds a surprising amount of items. The only meh thing is that the shelves are not adjustable but we made things work. We especially like the separate doors with moisture control, too!

Stays cold, plenty of room, looks good. As other buyers have noted, the freezer door pops open when closing lower door, so constant monitoring is needed. It does make that "cow noise" that other buyers have mentioned, but it's not loud, and not a problem for us, since we have this unit as an extra refrigerator in another room. A good buy, worth the money. Will hope for many years of use.

An absolute fabulous fridge keeps my food frozen and my other food cold. It works as it's designed. It's amazing. However, it has one design flaw to where it sounds like a cow out in the after mowing lol other than that, absolutely superb. Fabulous fridge in a glossy black color. Oh joy!
