Enjoying our Insignia 18 cf bottom freezer refrigerator. Quiet, no more bending over looking in the refrigerator for items. Wonderful price at for tax delivery and installation $704.00!! So cheap compared to other bottom freezers. You won’t go wrong with this one. The fridge is cold and the freezer is frozen. Hope this helps on your thoughts of purchasing.

I recently purchased this fridge because it was a close match in size to my old broken fridge and had pull our bottom freezer. Ill be honest and say i didnt expect much because of the low price and im not personally familiar with insignia products. I have been extremely impressed with its performance so far. Its practically cavernous with effective modular storage on shelves, interior of the door and even 2 drawers in the freezer. Its a simple design without touchscreens water and ice dispenser etc. It does have the settings for the veggie drawers and the expected temperature settings.

Excellent Refrigerator!!! My wife and I were in the market for a new refrigerator because our Maytag refrigerator was on its way out (freezer to warm and refrigerator too cold). I looked at a lot of 18 cubic ft. refrigerators that were of the top freezer configuration and they either looked cheap or had bad storage solutions. I started looking at refrigerator over freezer units and narrowed it down to this Insignia and a Samsung which was $300 more. The Samsung had a lot of great features, but way more than what I required. The two biggest items I required were separate temperature control for freezer versus refrigerator and a decent storage system and this unit checked both boxes. So we’ve had this unit for three weeks now it is super cold in the freezer and the proper temperature in the refrigerator. It’s very quiet except for when you first get it and turn it on. Other people have commented that it makes gurgling sounds in the walls of the refrigerator, but that is only during your very first start up and goes away once it gets cold and have never heard it again. In summary my wife and I love the ways this refrigerator works as well as it looks, great product, Best Buy and Insignia!

My old fridge went out on me at night so I didn't have much time to purchase a new one before food went bad. I looked around Best Buy until I asked an employee if they had any in stock with the dimensions I needed for it to fit. Lucky for me they had this very well priced fridge for me to take home. The refrigerator has a nice slick modern look to it with freezer pull out bottom. The top and bottom had plenty of space which made it easy to organize all the groceries. The biggest surprise was finding out my wife loved it even more than me. I had a great experience and very satisfied with the purchase.

I’m really happy with this refrigerator so far. The stainless steel finish looks sleek and modern in my kitchen, and it doesn’t show fingerprints as much as I expected. The bottom freezer is super convenient—no more bending over to reach things in the fridge! There’s plenty of space inside for a family, and the layout makes it easy to organize everything. It’s also really quiet and energy efficient, which was important to me. For $6xx, I feel like I got a great deal, especially compared to other brands with similar features. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a quality fridge at a reasonable price!

Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase. The refrigerator is not excessively noisy, which is a significant advantage. Notably, it comes equipped with an icemaker. However, I do not have a waterline for the icemaker, so I initially requested a countertop icemaker. Initially, I was informed that I could obtain an icemaker without a waterline, but during my first visit, they installed the waterline icemaker. When I contacted customer support, I was met with great support and they promptly replaced my refrigerator and gave me a countertop icemaker to replace the waterline icebox. Upon reviewing some comments and I checking my refrigerator for any damage, I appreciate the company’s willingness to allow me to unbox my own refrigerator. The process is straightforward: simply remove the box, and I will take care of the remaining components. Also, I like that it is a bottom freezer refrigerator because most of the time I’m only looking into the cold part to grab a cool drink or something quick so it fit in my lifestyle perfectly.

The unit runs well and isn't loud. I like having the freezer on the bottom - it makes things more convenient. As a single person I find that refrigerator to be a good fit. The surface those shows every little fingerprint and there's really no way to avoid them because there's no handle per see - your left to grab the edge. The top shelf in the freezer does like to go off its track but is easily just lifted back on. Overall I'm happy with my purchase for the price.

Everyone telling me samung & LG, Well i had em for years. I wanted to try different brand this time. Insiginia is a pretty good design and very huge inside. Price is very very reasonable, strong.

I absolutely love it. For the price I paid i thought it's not going to last especially after reading the reviews. It's not loud very quiet nothing was damaged. I love the feature that lets you know the door is left opened. I was surprised about the size perfect for my apartmen and quite spacious on the inside.

I spent a long time researching refrigerators. I wanted a bottom freezer, but had very specific dimensions it needed to fit. This one was the least expensive, had the best reviews, and was the only bottom freezer fridge that fit! I am very happy with it. It looks great. The lack of external handle does not bother me. I think it is easy to clean, no issues with fingerprints. It seems somehow larger than the refrigerator it replaced, and has been working well in the few weeks since I received it. Delivery went smoothly up to my second floor condo (no elevator). My one note is that the accessory bag was not included to reverse the refrigerator door and you absolutely DO need that to reverse the door. It took several phone calls to get it, and they ended up having to send a new fridge in a truck just so we could grab the accessories. You can't order them as a part. So if you need it, make sure it is delivered with your fridge :)

It was delivered in good condition. No damage noted. I love the top part as refrigerator, bottom freezer. The 18 cubic size, is ok for a couple of people. I like the storage space in the door. I wanted the drawer freezer but I will say if you don’t enjoy digging to find things this might get annoying. I decided not to get the ice maker because I wanted the space. Getting a counter top ice maker, but making ice in ice trays isn’t my favorite in drawers is messy. Overall I like it. It fit my current need space wise. I just need to get use to the freezer drawer. I would buy this again. If you’re looking for a smaller refrigerator with bottom drawer freezer you could try this one.

The most important aspect is being able to keep food cold and fresh or frozen. This fridge handles that even when it is hot in the house. Currently on the medium setting. I prefer the freezer on the bottom as it makes accessing the fridge shelves. The fridge itself is roomy in the door. Though one more pair of shelve brackets in the middle of the fridge would be great. The Freezer has plenty of room and a plastic tray to hold ice, and smaller goodies. Everything is frozen no matter which area you place items. I found out after the fact that the fridge has a door alarm! This is a big win for me. Its the little things right? While I did state some things I would like, it is still an excellent fridge for he price.

Shopped around for a fridge that met our needs and after many trips to different stores this one was the best choice. It wasn’t too big and had a lot of room inside. The freezer drawer is the best part about this fridge. It has an open fridge door alarm and has the ice maker option. The ice maker isn’t the fastest but that tray holds a lot of it and the shape of the ice is smaller nuggets like the newer ice makers make. Overall very happy. Tip: just pay for delivery and installation. I have read comments about delivery experiences but the workers that brought and installed mine were professional and very careful with the fridge. Picture was before I made some adjustments to the cabinet above.

I’ve been using this insignia 18 cu. ft. bottom-freezer fridge for a few weeks now, and honestly, I’m still surprised at how much value you get for the price. The top fridge section is well-lit, and the glass shelves are easy to adjust — I was able to fit a tall pitcher without a problem. The freezer on the bottom is super convenient, with two levels that slide out so I don’t have to dig for stuff anymore. It runs very quietly, keeps everything ice cold, and the LED lighting makes it feel like a premium model. I didn’t think I’d miss the extra features like an ice maker or water dispenser — turns out I don’t at all, especially at this price point. If you’re furnishing an ADU, rental, or just need a dependable family fridge that won’t break the bank, this is a no-brainer. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something reliable and affordable.

We love the frig on top, freezer on the bottom design. So much easier on the back. Our space mandates a smaller refrigerator and this handleless frig is beautiful and sleek. The item was in stock and we got a pretty fast delivery, unfortunately that refrigerator was damaged (see photo) and we received a replacement 3 days later. The replacement has worked well for the first several weeks. The refrigerator at first was very quiet, however in the last week it has started making strange crazy loud slurping/gurgling sounds when either the top or freezer is first closed. I've checked the Troubleshooting section, but this type of noice is not mentioned. We will be calling support to come out and inspect it. For that reason alone, I would not recommend this refrigerator at this time. I will update this review after a technician has come out to evaluate.

Since my refrigerator died while I was out of town, I needed a replacement, fast. Jet lagged, sick and only four days til Christmas, the only one I could find to fit my small space (29-3/4”) was Best Buy’s Insignia brand. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: It’s the right size. The interior is spacious. The door storage is super spacious. The freezer drawers are solid vs wire. It is inexpensive. It was delivered in 5 days. Cons: Nothing to indicate temperature, just 3 pre-set temperatures represented by three stars, one for each temp. There is no separate butter compartment or ice maker (neither a deal breaker for me). Produce drawers seem flimsy and don’t glide smoothly. And the biggest con, quality is substandard. First refrigerator arrived with a crushed top corner and both side ledges one of the shelves sat on were broken and unusable. Plus a small dent in the front. Replacement was ok and is working after one month of use. I appreciate the usable interior space…much better than my last famous brand fridge. I’m just keeping my fingers crossed nothing breaks n

The fridge looks so nice and I was surprised at how much space it actually has. I love the bottom freezer and the two compartments that hold more than my last freezer. I also love the set up of the door compartments. I just plugged it in and it’s not super loud, but it is a little louder than I would prefer. That’s the only flaw thus far. The delivery went smoothly with no damage to the fridge. The delivery guys did a great job!

This fridge/bottom freezer has been a perfect fit so far. My kitchen cabinets had a small gap for the fridge, and this fit nicely. It is quiet, roomy and attractively sleek.

The design of this Insignia refrigerator is perfect. The inside is roomy and deep…something my old refrigerator was not. Tons of door storage for all condiments, juices and butter. The design of the meat/fruit drawers make storage easier because there isn’t a slant where it cuts off storage space. Everything stays nice and fresh. The freezer is 2 drawers. Very large drawers that fit meats, frozen meals and vegetables comfortably.

Fantastic fridge. The price makes you worry that it will be a cheap fridge but it's not. It's a spacious, well designed fridge. We absolutely love using it and it looks great. Also there is a handle at the bottom of the fridge door for opening. The pictures make it hard to tell but there is one. It's very easy to open.
