Great refrigerator with movable shelves that provide ample room for storage. The refrigerator at my other house went out. I’m going to buy another one exactly the same for it.

Shopped around for a fridge that met our needs and after many trips to different stores this one was the best choice. It wasn’t too big and had a lot of room inside. The freezer drawer is the best part about this fridge. It has an open fridge door alarm and has the ice maker option. The ice maker isn’t the fastest but that tray holds a lot of it and the shape of the ice is smaller nuggets like the newer ice makers make. Overall very happy. Tip: just pay for delivery and installation. I have read comments about delivery experiences but the workers that brought and installed mine were professional and very careful with the fridge. Picture was before I made some adjustments to the cabinet above.

Since my refrigerator died while I was out of town, I needed a replacement, fast. Jet lagged, sick and only four days til Christmas, the only one I could find to fit my small space (29-3/4”) was Best Buy’s Insignia brand. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: It’s the right size. The interior is spacious. The door storage is super spacious. The freezer drawers are solid vs wire. It is inexpensive. It was delivered in 5 days. Cons: Nothing to indicate temperature, just 3 pre-set temperatures represented by three stars, one for each temp. There is no separate butter compartment or ice maker (neither a deal breaker for me). Produce drawers seem flimsy and don’t glide smoothly. And the biggest con, quality is substandard. First refrigerator arrived with a crushed top corner and both side ledges one of the shelves sat on were broken and unusable. Plus a small dent in the front. Replacement was ok and is working after one month of use. I appreciate the usable interior space…much better than my last famous brand fridge. I’m just keeping my fingers crossed nothing breaks n

It was delivered in good condition. No damage noted. I love the top part as refrigerator, bottom freezer. The 18 cubic size, is ok for a couple of people. I like the storage space in the door. I wanted the drawer freezer but I will say if you don’t enjoy digging to find things this might get annoying. I decided not to get the ice maker because I wanted the space. Getting a counter top ice maker, but making ice in ice trays isn’t my favorite in drawers is messy. Overall I like it. It fit my current need space wise. I just need to get use to the freezer drawer. I would buy this again. If you’re looking for a smaller refrigerator with bottom drawer freezer you could try this one.

Fantastic fridge. The price makes you worry that it will be a cheap fridge but it's not. It's a spacious, well designed fridge. We absolutely love using it and it looks great. Also there is a handle at the bottom of the fridge door for opening. The pictures make it hard to tell but there is one. It's very easy to open.

Love having the freezer on the bottom. Having the fridge up top puts everything at my fingertips without having to bend over. So far it cools well and is relatively quiet. If you get the ice maker, it’s a bit of a chore to install. It only came with tubes for top mount fridges. I was able to modify the fill tube to make it work. It does make a lot of ice as well.

The perfect fridge if you're looking for something: economic, aesthetically pleasing, spacious, and functional. First, the exterior design is sleek, you've got doors that could be adjusted to open in both directions and pocket handles that give it that more lux feel. Economic and spacious: The bottom freezer offers two racks, one fit for ice storage, ice cream etc. as well as a deeper one for your common freezer items. There are three top shelves available, with a good amount of depth that can fit an average of 6+ regularly sized tupperware from each side. The side shelves are also large, and spacious enough that you're able to delegate other items to fit in those shelves instead of clogging up ample space in the main shelves! In just a span of 4 weeks, the additional fridge in our 1300sq ft home has only added about $20 on the bill, and yes, it's on 24/7. Functional: The main shelvings are adjustable, and the "vegetable drawers" can easily be converted into deli storage as it's deep enough to hold plenty. The bottom freezer handle and the pocket handle are perfectly adjacent to each other, making both sides of the fridge easier to access, especially when you're on the go and cooking. We've had this for nearly a month now, and everything, including delivery, was seamless and professional. Perhaps we'd eventually get another for the garage!

When shopping for a new fridge, we decided not to do a side by side because of lack of space in those style of fridges but loved the idea of the freezer on bottom. This fridge is spacious and looks sleek on the outside. My only complaint is that it looks unfinished on the back inside and you can even see styrofoam on through the gaps in the holes. Still a nice fridge for the price point

I spent a long time researching refrigerators. I wanted a bottom freezer, but had very specific dimensions it needed to fit. This one was the least expensive, had the best reviews, and was the only bottom freezer fridge that fit! I am very happy with it. It looks great. The lack of external handle does not bother me. I think it is easy to clean, no issues with fingerprints. It seems somehow larger than the refrigerator it replaced, and has been working well in the few weeks since I received it. Delivery went smoothly up to my second floor condo (no elevator). My one note is that the accessory bag was not included to reverse the refrigerator door and you absolutely DO need that to reverse the door. It took several phone calls to get it, and they ended up having to send a new fridge in a truck just so we could grab the accessories. You can't order them as a part. So if you need it, make sure it is delivered with your fridge :)

The design of this Insignia refrigerator is perfect. The inside is roomy and deep…something my old refrigerator was not. Tons of door storage for all condiments, juices and butter. The design of the meat/fruit drawers make storage easier because there isn’t a slant where it cuts off storage space. Everything stays nice and fresh. The freezer is 2 drawers. Very large drawers that fit meats, frozen meals and vegetables comfortably.

As of right now, I’m extremely happy.. it has a lot of space, both fridge, and freezer.. it gets cold quickly, and it was affordable. I am very happy with this purchase. Hopefully it’s a strong unit, that will last.. thank you Best Buy!

I love my new Insignia refrigerator. Purchased as an extra fridge to store beverages and the extra freezer space. It looks good; has great storage for an extra fridge and everything stays cold, as it should. I like the extra feature off an alarm if the door is not closed completely.

Excellent by.I mean, run and get this refrigerator!! It's gorgeous plenty of space inside. It has this really cool function that beep's off if you leave the.Refrigerator open, there are several settings to adjust coolness! All around great product!!

The fridge looks so nice and I was surprised at how much space it actually has. I love the bottom freezer and the two compartments that hold more than my last freezer. I also love the set up of the door compartments. I just plugged it in and it’s not super loud, but it is a little louder than I would prefer. That’s the only flaw thus far. The delivery went smoothly with no damage to the fridge. The delivery guys did a great job!

Power outage kicked my Whirlpool fridge to the curb. Decided to go with a smaller fridge so it could eventually fit in my tiny home. Chose this Insigna 18.6 Cu. Ft and could not be happier. Price was great, cools & freezes perfect, looks sleek, inside is roomy, love the door "baskets". I choose to purchase the additional ice maker and it is a bit noisy when filling, but have gotten used to it and barely acknowledge it anymore. First one did come damaged and I refused it, second one, installers said my wall water fixture was broken and would not install it. Had handyman come out and he found it was not broken. We installed it in place and I had GEEK come out and confirm we did it all right to keep my warranty on the up & up. Would recommend this fridge.

Love this fridge! I've only had it a few months, but the beep when you leave the door open has saved us multiple times, and the freezer on bottom is great for my bad back. Very quiet and the perfect size for a family of 3.

I’ve been using this insignia 18 cu. ft. bottom-freezer fridge for a few weeks now, and honestly, I’m still surprised at how much value you get for the price. For only $700, it looks sleek in the kitchen and has way more room than I expected. The top fridge section is well-lit, and the glass shelves are easy to adjust — I was able to fit a tall pitcher without a problem. The freezer on the bottom is super convenient, with two levels that slide out so I don’t have to dig for stuff anymore.
