I bought this fridge in May 2022. In Aug/Sept 2023, I had to have it worked on, due to both the fridge and freezer not staying cold. The freezer was around 30F and the fridge around 55F. The freezer would take 2-3 days to freeze anything unless already frozen. Geek Squad came out to diagnose the fridge about a month later (earliest we could get in). The fan in the freezer wasn't working, and was ordered. It took another 2-4 for the part to come in and for the tech to come back and fix it. Each time the tech came out, it was $120. Fast forward to now, August 2024 and the same thing is happening. I called Geek Squad and the fan doesnt have any kind of warranty on it whatsoever. The earliest someone can come out is in September. I've now spoken to three people with Best Buy, including a case manager and got nowhere. I will have to pay another $240 for the tech to come out, plus the part. I was told that there isnt anything that can be done until the same part has been replaced 3 times, and then eeplace the unit at no additional cost. But why would I pay $800+ to repair a ~$430 fridge??? They won't discount the service fees or anything, because I didnt buy the extended warranty, which I was told I couldn't buy because the fridge was a display unit. Definitely the last time I buy an appliance from Best Buy. Their customer service is a joke.

It works well and is energy efficient I live off the grid on solar.

Best Buy is great and the refrigerator will be just as great, thanks to the team members I’m getting it a lot sooner than I was the other refrigerator I give them a A++++ rating I’ll shop here again and again

I just wanted an extra fridge for my garage so mainly looked for an inexpensive one well I got this one and it is actually better than my expensive one in my kitchen so I definitely recommend getting this one if your looking to buy

Well the shelving on the door cracked as soon as I placed a container of juice in it and the other shelving on door was not there was empty when I received it.

Works great, haven't had any issues with it and had it around a year now

Fridge is perfect! Great size for small break room. Getting it delivered was a nightmare. Poor communication from Best Buy on that part

I didn't realize it until after it was delivered that it did not have a pull out meat drawer. But we decided to use a small basket instead. Otherwise it's great.

The only negative is the inside is a little difficult to keep clean. You have to wipe the surface multiple times over and over to get the same crumbs cleaned up.

A affordable upgrade if you have an older dying fridge. My only complaint is that switching the doors to open the opposite way was extremely frustrating to do.

Still working after 3 years without any issues.. even in hot summer days with no ac in the house.

Great beer fridge for the basement. I do wish it got a little colder. It stays about 38 degrees on the coldest setting (5) and resets to a bit bit warmer default setting (3) after a power outage.

The space in my kitchen didn't allow me to have my dream refrigerator and this was the largest I could get that would still fit. The door shelves are adjustable so I can customize for my items. It looks great and it runs quietly.

I purchased this fridge for the garage. Always need more room during the holidays. Works great and is a good buy.

Exactly what I was looking for to put an extra refrigerator in the garage. Shopping around, this was the best value plus nice, slick looking refrigerator. Love the finish! Would recommend

This refrigerator seems to be efficient enough and is pretty quiet (at least with all of the goings on in my house). However there are two important cons. First, the spacing for where you can put the different shelves makes them either too tall or too short. Second, there is no drawer to put things like bagged shredded cheese in, so we have to put them either stacked on a shelf, which takes a lot of space and they never stay stacked, or in one of the door shelves which just looks messy.

This is a replacement for the first one that was delivered (same product) and it still has one of the same problems I had with the previous one which is the periodical sound of a cat meowing

Fridge is working well so far! Not like Samsung nor whirlpool yet where the compressor magically goes out after one year or a sensor malfunctions!

Excellent value and it fits! The only drawback so far (and it could be that I just haven’t found a way to adjust it yet) the lighting is an odd “blue-grey” tone and not bright enough.

It is a good fridge at the price of $500. Only problem - a gallon milk can doesn't fit in the shelves, have to keep it in the door.
