This refrigerator was purchased for use in our garage and it is doing its job as advertised. It is much more attractive than we needed in the garage, but it was the best price for an 18 cubic feet unit that we could locate. It gets very cold (as expected) and runs so quiet I think it is not running at all.

The Insignia fridge was suitable for my needs, but when delivered the Geek squad folks could not level it. A visit from the repair folks at Best Buy indicated that somewhere in the shipping process a rear wheel had been rammed up into the refrigerator rendering it un-levelable. Best Buy allowed me to keep the fridge while a replacement was on order. The new fridge (a Samsung) came about a week later and so far has been working well. The Best Buy folks handled the situation promptly and to my satisfaction. The problem of the busted wheel caused me to look for a brand other than Insignia.

This was the only fridge we could get that was stainless steel and fit in our space, so it wasn’t really a choice. That said, I like the space on the door and the freezer is bigger without an ice maker.

I am beyond pleased with my recent purchase. After research I found best buy to offer the best prices, hands down, on refrigerators. The delivery and installation were done in a timely manner and in was pleasantly impressed by the value of my purchase.

Nice fridge for the price. I did notice however that my freezer door needs to be shut all the way by forcefully pushing it closed instead of a slight push to where it would close by itself.

Simple and inexpensive fridge. It’s actual a quite good-looking fridge if you like the stainless steel, minimalist look and that was what we were going for. Aside from that, we regret the size of this fridge and should have gone up in capacity. 18 cu. ft. is tiny and is just about impractical for two people. My wife and I run out of space fast. Inversely, it’s small storage capacity encourages us to shop “smaller” which has its advantages in terms of the wallet. I recommend this fridge for a single person looking for a minimalist look but if for two, definitely go up in size!

For an 18 cubic foot size it has a decent size freezer. Love the lighting inside of refrigerator. Has just the right amount of shelves. Like the sizing of the storage on the side. Love the stainless steel and accented with black panel side. Very modern looking.

Used this refrigerator for about a month while our other refrigerator was on back order (Best Buy made a mistake in ordering but made it right by letting us use this refrigerator while we waited). This refrigerator worked great and is a good refrigerator considering the price.

A very good appliance clean spacious and most of all it's very quiet you don't even know it's on i found myself constantly opening the door to check to see if it was really working. Of course it was working it's a best buy product.

Bought this as an extra fridge/freezer for the garage. Nice capacity and design for this job. Our Arizona garage is hot in the summer - 90+ degrees and this fridge holds solid at 37 degrees and 5 degrees on “normal” settings.

As in previous reviews There is a strange noise that comes from this refrigerator ! Not all the time Otherwise it’s good. For the price ! Also the doors have to be closed manually

Just received my fridge today! It’s a great size for our 2 car garage. Wanted a second fridge that would be good to store drinks and extra food. If I had a way to hook up water I would have purchased to ice tray hook up.

Love this refrigerator. It runs very quietly and looks beautiful. A great product at a great price. I was however, not impressed with the delivery people. They were very rough and not as respectful of my home as I would have hoped.

When our fridge went out unexpectedly it brought stress. Finding this fridge was a great deal and I like the way it's organized for its size. Only thing I don't like is it makes weird noises every few hours but we haven't had any issues.

Good fridge for first time fridge buyer. Perfect size for family of 3. I like that everything inside is clear so you can see all the produce. I don’t know much about other fridges but this fridge gave me the option to use the door to be open on either side of the fridge. Awesom.

Great refrigerator, for an amazing price. Lots of storage spaces. Easy to see what you have. I am extremely impressed with how long it keeps tender greens fresh. This refrigerator turned out to be so much better than I expected.

We got this as a scratch and dent, and thought it would be fine to save a bit. Only real drawback was the cord was cut in several spots. Some electrical tape fixed it, as it did not go further than the outer protective sleeve. It's only a second fridge and we really wanted one without an ice maker and extra frills. This fit the bill. I got it home and once taking off the doors it was way easier to move upstairs. Sides seem a bit warm, but it's quite quite. Freezer doesn't have a light so that is the only dislike I have about this. The shelves make it hard to fit a gallon of milk, so thankful it fits on the door. I use containers for items so its easier to grab out seeing as this has no drawers on the shelves. Very BASIC fridge, this works for our purposes and keeps things COLD!!!

We bought a frizzer, it’s the best Best Buy have the best items trustable products, I called 3 stores before but no one could help me finding this kind of frizzer I was looking for, but when I called Best Buy they answer right away, and the lady responded she told me they don’t have in her store but she will find one for me in les than 3 minutes, that kind of service we like, Best Buy is in the top of customer service exactamente!

Decent fridge... But like some of the q&a, and reviews state, this fridge makes a lot of moaning sounds. We thought it was the cat one night ... nope, just a very talkative fridge. It does what you'd expect from a fridge, otherwise. The refrigerator's internal cooling is different, from what I understand. Since this is the case, the sides of the fridge can get really warm. It's a good fridge, but because of these two things, I'd have a hard time recommending this particular fridge to anyone.

The product itself is great and the local store was fantastic. Only problems came when attempting to get replacement part for one that was damaged in shipment. It took six calls, 1.2 hours on the phone and over two weeks to get a plastic door shelf replacement.
