Haven’t got it installed yet in my house but my first big girl purchased and I’m so proud of myself. My current refrigerator isn’t the best thing so forget waiting on my landlord to ghettorid me another one from an empty apartment I’ll buy my own.

Love the stainless steel and it's a space saver for sure!

So for a so good this refrigerator is absolutely beautiful holds a great temperature and kept everything cold for 12 hours during a power outage.

Does the job well and looks great! You would think the price would be more!

Considering this was not the fridge I really wanted, but it fit in my budget and I read a lot of positive reviews, I purchased it for: 1) sleek design with no protruding handles as space is in issue in my very small condo 2) price was attractive and 3) with a bit of manipulation from my very talented boyfriend, it fit into the designated space perfectly. Why only 2 stars? When they delivered it, they were kind enough to switch the doors from left to right. I was told this should have been requested at the time of ordering at Best Buy as they would have changed the doors at the storage facility. But, the doors are not level and considering the lines are a prominent feature and although it's only a few centimeters....it really shows. Also one of the door bins was broken. This is something I still need to report to Best Buy. Hopefully I'll have the same good service as another reviewer (received 10% discount for inconvenience and new door bin arrived within 2 weeks).

The refrigerator itself is good, bit I have to say the door bins are avery poor design! Two were broken when delivered 3 months ago, and I am still waiting for the replacements

Love this purchase. It replaced an older refrigerator that was leaking. This model is sleek and modern and fit perfectly in the small space. It's just enough. The delivery guys were quite helpful and arrived on schedule. Happy with BEST BUY!

I don't see where to contact support to get action on this issue so i'm putting it here. I purchased this refrigerator and when the delivery guys got it to me, I watched them unbox it and it was dented and scratched. Because we needed it immediately, I had them install it but I want a replacement refrigerator. I am a good customer of BB having purchased a computer, 55 inch tv, this refrigerator, and more just this year alone. I am also a member of your geek squad service team. ( I forget the name of that..). At any rate, I would appreciate some followup with me asap. Thank you!

Both plastic shelves were cracked, sent pictures to get replacement, spoke with customer support and the said someone would reach out within 24 hours of purchase and still no replacements.

This is okay fridge for the price; however , the fridge came damaged on the side , everything is working but for the new item it is not what I expected, that’s why 2 stars.
