I love my new refrigerator especially there is a light inside because my old did not have one.

Works decent for a garage, but quality and support are awful so I would just avoid this product entirely. I'd return it if I could and go else where, but it's too late for that. Shelves failed within a year during normal use and they refuse to warranty replace them. They will just say it's your fault and not covered even though they failed while being used normally as designed. As many others have stated the shelves are terrible and crack/break/etc under even light loads. They don't list any specific weight capacity limits or otherwise for the shelves. I suspect this is specifically so they can wiggle there way out of claims like this so they can point at misused/abuse/accidental to get out of it. The shelf was holding 8 sodas when it broke. That's not even close to a heavy load considering the shelf size.

I can't even give this a 1 star rating. This refrigerator is a complete piece of garbage. The freezer ices over constantly and twice now, we've had a HUGE puddle of water on the top shelf. It's less a month old, this was happening almost since day one. Save yourself the trouble and buy a real brand of refrigerator. And somehow, it has the world's tiniest return window? Is that because Best Buy knows this is piece of crap?

Had throw all food away because of chemical smell in refrigerator. Food tasted like fumes. Called Best Buy sent Geek squad out to check for Freon smell. Want Freon smell tech said wires burning in freezer. Called Best Buy said there’s nothing they can do because warranty ran out. Only had refrigerator 2years. So I called insignia they said nothing they can do. I bought a Lemon (junk) nobody can help me, wasted all my food in refrigerator and freezer all I get is I’m sorry you got a bad refrigerator. Never again will I purchase a Best Buy product that they say is there brand. Don’t waste your money.

The produce drawers appear larger than they actually are. They are too small for a stalk of celery. I was suprised when i opened them.

They have delivered With a broken part. I am trying to get Someone to help us With part replacement but didn’t get succeeded yet even after chatting with someone and customer service number doesn’t work just disconnects after long waits. Hate to submit replacement just for a small part. Need help!!

DO NOT BUY!!! I had a horrible experience with Insignia. Stay away! The cherry on top was that the process to return this item was to call and wait on the line with an agent. The total call lasted 46 minutes. Best Buy will gladly pick this refrigerator up in 7 days!

I was extremely disappointed in how fragile the plastic trays are. Not only did three of them come broken with the unit, but my fridge must've been already opened or returned. I called Insignia and they can't even get the replacements so Best Buy had to come and return entire fridge. It takes two weeks just to get a return credit on my gift card.

I love the stainless. He's just clean that shelves are removable and very sturdy compartments on door highly recommend this product

Received with dents and scratches; delivery person said Best Buy would be contacting to return with a replacement. Have not heard back from Best Buy

Did not accept at time of delivery the motor and wires was exposed

I bought this for a my garage, It is a basic fridge- not many bells and whistles- this leave it open for space on the inside- which was what I was looking for. I did not get the Ice maker add on. Pros: IT is good size- fits a lot of drinks. The glass shelving is solid and sturdy. Door Shelving is spacious and sturdy Good Price for a new fridge its size Frostless Energy Efficient Door shelving is very good- space and modular- easy to use Leveling was very easy Storage Bins at bottom are spacious Stays Cold! Cons: Takes about 24-30 hours to get fully cool at start up (Fridge - Freezer cools within a few hours) The position of the shelves makes it difficult to stack standard soda/beer cans doubled up- leaving a lot of unused space (i primarily use this for drinks)
