One of the small plastic door drawers was cracked. Also the freezer shelf was wire. The product description said it was glass. Not a deal breaker but I really wanted a glass shelf. I called Best Buy about the two issues. They wanted to replace the entire fridge instead of just sending me a new drawer and glass shelf. Are you kidding me?

This is a great low budget refrigerator, spacious and great quality for the price.

My old refrigerator was on the brink I went to 34 different stores and this was the best value for my money with a real nice warranty Just love it

Price was very good! I needed a certain size refrigerator to fit my opening of door to kitchen. Simple and adequate space inside.

Works excellent and price is decent; complaints about the noise are either overstated or they've got better hearing than I do.

In short - I would 100% not recommend this fridge. It's been 7-8 months since this fridge/freezer has been within our home. We bought it in late December, arrived in January and it's been a terrible purchase. We were desperate to find a fridge/freezer since it was just along the holidays, the selection of fridge/freezers were low and budget was tight. We settled for Insignia and wish we had waited. Even if just another week or two. The delivery was good but because of the cheap material the fridge is made out of - the shelves while taped and cushioned, still damaged the walls of the fridge. Which we didn't see until the delivery guys have left. We thought, we really need this fridge right now -- let's just keep. Only more and more issues propped up. The fridge/freezer door does not remain closed, no matter what we do. I had to buy a "child-proof" door latch to help keep the freezer closed. There's not enough room in either the top or bottom. The fridge doesn't get cold and when it does, it freezes everything. Even after adjusting temps and reorganizing our food in different ways. So this causes a lot of unexpected spoilage. The shelves are flimsy - side door and inside. You're not going to get your bang for your buck, that's for sure. Spend the extra $100 or $200. And if you are looking for parts to repair, you're also out of luck. This brand is a house brand from Best Buy, most of the parts will be out of stock too. I wish I knew all of this before buying.

Needed a smaller refrigerator for my house, This one fit perfectly and works like a champ, Delivery was on time and I am very satisfied with the product.

The fridge is just okay. The freezer door doesn’t close smoothly and after a visit from a service tech it was determined that that is how it was designed. The bins on the freezer door are very small and don’t hold much. The refrigerator bins are better but it seems like there should be one more. I went to the store to order an additional one and they are no longer available (discontinued according to the person who helped me). Taller bottles (even gallons of milk do not fit on the large inner shelves unless the shelves are arranged in an unusable configuration. I would choose something else.

Excellent refrigerator for the price. Front is stainless. Sides and top are black. Difficult but not impossible to reverse doors.
