I purchased this product and had it delivered with installation by the Geek Squad. The two individuals who brought the product had fantastic customer service skills. They communicated with me what they would be doing, they were respectful of my home, and they were careful with the product. Without me even having to ask, they changed the refrigerator door and freezer door to the opposite side once they saw where the fridge would be positioned in my residence. My only complaint with the fridge is it makes strange noises sometimes when it starts up the cooling process. It is a bit squeaky, but I have become accustomed to the sound and it isn't enough of an inconvenience to return the product. Foods stay nice and cold, and this was a very affordable model for what I was looking for. In fact, Bestbuy was the CHEAPEST place I could find online that would deliver a new, energy efficient refrigerator to my area. I am thankful for this.

The wife and I were in the market for a new refrigerator for our garage. The price was great at $549 with free delivery. It looks fancy with the front stainless steel. The sides and top are black. Great quality. The temperatures are perfect for both the refrigerator and freezer. The size is more than enough for us. We didn't need something too big, but we had a decent sized space and this fridge fit that space perfectly. I like how the fridge has a white LED light, it makes it look nice. It would be even better if the freezer had a light, it does not and that is the one thing I would say is my con for this fridge. I like the glass racks and the ease to clean is a huge plus. The delivery guys were able to easily and quickly reverse the doors for me as that was needed for where the fridge was located. Overall, great fridge. Looks nice. Does the job and does it right.

very happy with the price of this fridge, got it on sale, very fancy looking and huge inside. love the LED lighting and separate temp adjusters for fridge and freezer. shelves are surprisingly sturdy and the clear shelves look fancy. it is a little noisy for the first couple months though, like 2 months it was noisy, almost sounds like cows mooing or something but once it "breaks in" it doesn't make noise anymore. It also smelled a bit like plastic for the first days it ran.

It's been a month and a half since I bought this refrigerator and still works great. The delivery people scratched the sides before it even got into my home. They tried to play it off like it's paint but I tried to clean it off and proved to them it's a scratch as it has small indentations where the scratch is. I complained to Bestbuy customer service and they were very understanding, apologetic, and compensated for the damage. I also had to option for exchanging it. The shelf design is pretty good overall but the placements for the shelves aren't the best since everyone needs a shelf for tall items like water bottles so it forces you to have a medium and a short shelf space or 3 medium spaces where a gallon sized water bottle wouldn't fit unless you lay it on its side. The freezer door doesn't have a light and the door doesn't close unless I close it myself so not sure if it's made this way or if it's defected. The refrigerator door closes if I just give it a push while it's wide opened. Freezer door stops at 45 degrees if I do the same. Freezer has 1 shelf board which is sufficient but doesn't have a place to put the ice tray that it comes with so I have to place it on the bottom somewhere and lose using all the space above it or have to set the tray on other items like a box of frozen food or ice cream so it's a hassle to use. Insignia should've made a little ice tray shelf on the top corner. The shelves on the inside of the doors are pretty good. The freezer has a standard design but the refrigerator is nicely designed so that there is a compartment for tall items and wide enough for 2 liter bottles. Both refrigerator and freezer has 5 temperature settings. The refrigerator has a push button control while the freezer has a knob. I like the sleek design where the door handle is in the middle on top or bottom of the doors rather than handles that stick out. This has reversible doors to open the opposite side but never needed to use that so far since the standard side (where opening is the left side) works fine for me. If you're in a budget, then this is a good refrigerator to buy and use. After the terrible delivery service, I'm glad I didn't buy a $1000-$2000 refrigerator that they would've scratched up. As long as it keeps food cold, then really don't need anything fancy, especially since I can't connect a water hose for a dispenser but a built-in ice machine may be worth it for my future refrigerator.

Basic and cheapest one this size that I could find that's why purchased Works but does have its flaws you have to keep your milk in the door because the shelves are not spaced properly so you have to turn it sideways and then back straight up to get it to fit on a shelf that shouldn't exist. that should not be a problem but it is Another problem I have with it the drawers at the bottom have to be 100% shut or won't let the door shut a lot of times you don't realise it in the fridge is been cracked open for hours. Another problem I have is that there's wasted space at the back there's basically a big gap about three inches or so from the back to the shelves so you can't actually fit things all the way at the back if they're small they could fall behind them down to the drawers and for noise all fridges make noise that's just what it is but this one is actually interesting it sounds like two orca whales having a conversation or something So for noise it's not too bad I've had worse With all that said though I probably would buy it again because like I said it's priced right I'm not a type of person that's going to spend outrageous amount on a fridge

Very spacious-more than our previous 22 cu. ft. model. Also very efficient. Holds everything we need with space to spare. Only issue is the occasional moaning sound when the fridge cycles on after doors are opened for a while. Other reviews have mentioned this and it's not a deal breaker for me. These sounds are very short in duration and on balance with the bargain price seem insignificant. Seems like the Best Buy we've made in many years.

We bought this in the stainless steel option as a 2nd fridge for the garage. Wanted something decent sized, decent looking, and cheap! It was on sale for $499 and after looking at numerous fridges, this was the best option for the price. It's very spacious, looks really sleek, and is quiet. It does not come with an ice maker, but you can add in the ice maker kit for around $50. Delivery guys were great and the fridge arrived in perfect condition. Very satisfied with this purchase!

I have different brand names refrigerators in my house but my most favorite one is insignia fridge. This fridge works so good and enough space from other high end brands and price is also effort able. I highly recommended to everyone,don’t waste your money on high end brand.

This refrigerator works very well and looks nice. I like how it looks overall and the no handle design. Keeps things cold like it should. I knocked one star off because the shelf spacing is weird and it doesn't come with a drawer attached to a shelf [personal preference]. I had to knock another star off because the noises this refrigerator makes is unreal. It literally sounds like someone is yelling low in pain. You have to be in the room and hear it yourself to believe it. It's almost as if someone's soul is trapped inside my fridge and yelling to get out. Lol. My boyfriend thought I was crazy until he came home and heard it. I know it's the motor running in the fridge, which is typically the buzzing sound that most refrigerators make. It's just so weird to get use to.

This is a very good looking refrigerator and matches other stainless steel appliances in my kitchen very well. There is plenty of space inside for people with a lot of food. All the shelves are transparent, so we have thrown out a lot less food than we did with our old fridge, because nothing is hidden and forgotten about. The doors are sealed well so cold air stays in, and air flow is very good inside; foods are kept the same temperature wherever they are stored. The motor only runs about once per hour and is very quiet. We are extremely pleased with this refrigerator and the price is wonderful!

Great refrigerator for the price looks great and very spacious insideI I was needing a refrigerator at a decent price after the refrigerator I had had gone out I searched for a refrigerator at a decent price and this fit the bill when it was delivered I was surprised it was a very good looking refrigerator and keeps everything cold Very simple refrigerator no ice or water in the door but it does the job

It's not a problem that their is no light in the freezer, the refrigerator has a light, all we do is open the fridge door and it lights up the freezer nicely. We keep our unit set on max cold for both settings, fridge and freezer, it seems to not kick on as often and keeps the food fresher longer, the ice cream is frozen solid and the fridge keeps things practically ice cold. Their is only 2 of us here, so this unit at the time before covid hit was big enough for us. Now that stocking up is a good idea since hoarding is going on, I definitely suggest a bigger unit all together. I do not like having to juggle frozen items searching for things, sometimes dropping on the floor especially when bringing fresh groceries home and restocking it. Buying a deep freezer now to compensate for the small freezer in this unit. If a small unit is all you can have, then this is great, it works very well and does the job it is expected to do for smaller places and needs.

The finish on this fridge is great! It hides fingerprints so much better than my stainless stove and dishwasher and that my favorite part of this fridge. It cools well enough and the modern design is simple and I especially like that there are no handles. Makes it look clean... One real negative is that the freezer door does not close as assuredly as the bottom door. I accidentally left the freezer door open a couple of times.

Our 20 year old fridge was starting to have issues, so we needed to replace it as soon as humanly possible. We really only have space for a 30 inch wide fridge, so weren't looking for anything with all of the bells and whistles. Went to the store to take a look at our options and decided to give this one a whirl since it was reasonably priced, was on sale, and was in stock. We spoke with an associate and scheduled delivery for the following week with removal of the old fridge. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. It just functions so much better than the old one. Yes, as per other reviews, it has some quirky noises at times, but they're not at all loud. I can hear them if I'm in the kitchen in the evening with no other sounds, but that's about it. I liken it to the gentle lowing of cows in a field, while my husband says it reminds him of a motorcycle in the distance. Regardless, it's nothing bothersome. The fridge space is excellent, though I do wish it had the deli drawer. We're very pleased with the purchase and with the customer service we received both in the store and with the delivery. We're new to owning a home and being responsible for our own appliances and will definitely be going back to Best Buy (hopefully not too soon) when we're in need of any future appliances.

My refrigerator out of the box performed well and efficent. It seemed to effortlessly reach the proper cooling temps that I chose for the freezer and refer and it worked so quitely I had to keep checking to see if it was still on. The shelves and food compartments were dead on and useful for storage of my gallon milk and various juice containets. Doors opened and closed effortlessly.

My old 25 cf side by side died. I purchased this one to replace it. I can fit more groceries in it than the bigger unit plus I ca put in wider items. I purchased the optional ice maker works great. I miss the through the door a little but not much. I prefer the more usable space. It must be extremely energy effient. Last month there was no need for heat and air. The electric bill was only $55. It has never been below $70 in any month since we lived here. It also adds a nice modern touch to the kitchen

Got this fridge for a very good price and looks more expensive then it is. It performs the same way keeping everything very cold and fresh. Doors open smoothly and have plenty of space for everything. Even comes with an adaptor set so change the side the doors open from. Highly recommend, especially for the price you pay and the quality you get.

Have to say I think is the best deal I have purchased in a very long time! Runs like a charm. I notice others stating the unit has noises coming from it, but my primary fridge in the kitchen was way more expensive than this one and it has made funny sounds from day one.... Would definitely buy again!!

Not bad at all. Our old fridge broke down and we were looking for something not too pricy and yet functional. This was a lot bigger than our old fridge and the price was pretty good compares to the competition. We couldve gotten it $100 cheaper by getting the white one but the stainless steel one looks beautiful :)
