Really happy with my purchase of this refrigerator. I’m a single person so it’s the perfect size for a great price, and was able to get the floor model with a little ding for an even better price. Pick up was easy and everything has been running great!

I love Insignia products and have them all over my house. This fridge is great. I love that there is a light in the freezer. Reviews said this is a great garage fridge but I have a small space and ordered it for my kitchen. I'm happy with it! Got the 5 year plan too because I've had really good experiences with GSP.

Awesome refrigerator helpless expand our old one. Were able to store so much more food and produce and this great fridge. Sleek design with glass shelves, makes it a great refrigerator, not just a replacement.

We purchased it as a temporary refrigerator while waiting for the built-in which has a long lead time. It's a bit small for OUR needs, but it looks great and functions perfectly.

It’s our first brand new fridge and I cant complain about anything, it have a large space and the door are bigger than I though! Love it!

It’s a great standard sized fridge without all the whistles and bells, which is what we need because stuff breaks easily in our palace after a party. I like it especially cause it doesn’t have any extended handles to open the doors. Our previous fridge was missing all the door handles cause there would always be some drunk at the party hanging on the handles and breaking them. One minor flaw, there is a burn mark inside the fridge, which I don’t even know how it was possible it got there and not noticed but it’s cosmetic and I can’t return now so not gonna cry over it since the fridge functions well. It does make strange airplane buzzing sounds but apparently that’s normal. Waiting for the ice maker which was back-ordered so I couldn’t have it installed with my free shipping and installation with new fridge so kind of disappointed there.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. It has everything I had on my list. Glass shelves, deli drawer, dairy keeper for butter, cream cheese, etc. and crispers that are clear view and have adjustable humidity. The freezer and fridge areas have LED lighting that is a vast improvement over the last fridge I had. The surround cold is amazing in both the fridge and freezer. There is even a warning chime should you accidentally leave one of the doors ajar. All in all it really was a Best Buy! I didn't get the ice maker because I much prefer store bought crystal clear ice. The delivery was fast and they took away the box. All told it took 5 minutes. Did I say I love this refrigerator?

You delivered our new homes new fridge by Insignia. Amazing. Works excellent and couldn’t ask for more! You helped us out tremendously on the day of delivery and you earned more than 5 stars!

I shopped big box stores and then went to best buy and purchased the insignia 18 cubic ft s.s. best frig for the money, they Delivered it on time, set it up. Works great would recommend to family and friends.

It's bright inside. The design of the side is very good. The beauty is that the two boxes below are not big enough.

We bought this as our garage fridge - for the kitchen fridge overflow and for extra storage. Capacity --the arrangement of the space is clearly not the same as older 18 cu ft fridges (which this replaces for us). Freezer and fridge. We have trouble getting some larger items in it. We will never fit some of the food trays and boxes we normally get when we entertain. On the good side, it's bright inside and the door compartments are structured and sized well. I don't know what you call them, but the handles are embedded in the door design and not external ( see photo).

Love my refrigerator!! It holds a lot and it looks great in my kitchen. My only complaint is cleaning fingerprints off of it!!

I’m not rating this refrigerator “excellent” because I’ve only had it a few weeks, but so far, so good. Consumer Reports gave it good marks; it’s energy star rating was important; and price ($550) was good. BB tried to sell me on getting their credit card for 10% discount, but looking around I found Capital One was offering $200 bonus if you spent $500 in first 3 months, which brought price down to $350 - sweet! Delivery guys were AWESOME. I’ll try to update review after a year.

It’s a pretty good fridge. For our growing family, I wanted a second basic fridge for the additional stuff/left over stuff that won’t fit in our regular fridge. So far no complaints
