||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Problem 1: Step 5 of the instruction says "Unscrew the two screws holding the bottom hinge, then remove the bottom hinge from the refrigerator." This is not possible with a screwdriver because there is a third screw coming up from underneath which can only be removed with an end wrench (preferable ratching) after blocking the unit up (I used a scrap of 2x4 laid flat.) The leveling foot also must be removed. Getting the screws started after moving the bracket to the other side is tricky but doable. Problem 2: The original top hinge cover has some holes in it. When I removed the cover (in step 2) I noticed a cable and something clipped to the underside of the cover. I now assume it is the speaker for the alarm but here is no mention of it in the manual. In step 13, the cover from the original non-hinge side is moved to this side; but it has no holes nor clips to hold the speaker. Consequently, the alarm is barely audible. I spent an hour on the phone, got transferred several times, but was unable to connect with anyone that had any clue about technical matters. I gave up when I got transferred back to where I started. Everything else about this refrigerator seems OK so far (I've only had it one day) but be wary if you need to reverse the doors.

After much consideration and review i decide on the Best buy refrigerator. Best Buy definitely had the best warranty and service. Been happy with my decision and soon after i need another referigerator and purchased a second refrigerator. I will continue be a happy Best Buy customer.
