From the greeter at the store, and the salesperson to the delivery guys. All were fantastic! So far so good with this refrigerator. Good value for the price. Its a tad smaller than our old one, but with this design it actually seems to be more roomy. Works great so far. Very quiet and cooled very quickly. Only downside is no drawer for cheese etc., the light doesnt seem very bright and no light in the freezer, otherwise very happy.

I wish it had a light in the freezer. Roomy for the two person hoyse that uses it. Delivery was quick friendly and efficiently done. Happy with buying this value refrigerator. We don't have any need for fancy things just something that works...and it does

Good quality, moderate price, cold and quiet. does not make noise. Wise choice for ordinary life. and have to move house often like me. Perfect for our needs, just the right size. We especially had great delivery men. They were very professional and careful. They had to bring our old refrigerator up and put the new one downstairs. We especially appreciated this because we are unable to do this anymore. FYI Home Depot would not deliver and move to basement because we did not buy a top notch refrigerator. Even if we paid for it !! So much for helping seniors. Thank you Best Buy !!!!!

Overall very good fridge, does the job done, spacious, freezer is strong and reliable. Delivered on time, nice staff, installed and placed it where I asked. 10/10

It's surprisingly roomy both fridge and freezer. Good sized shelves that can be moved up or down. My only comment is once in awhile if I don't push hard enough the fridge door pops open. But it has a little alarm to let you know.

Best reason for purchase: my not being able to climb stairs while in a soft cast. It is so quiet I forget it's in the room.
