I love my new refrigerator. It's surprisingly roomy both fridge and freezer. Good sized shelves that can be moved up or down. My only comment is once in awhile if I don't push hard enough the fridge door pops open. But it has a little alarm to let you know.

Great fridge. Have had for a couple of years now and never had any problems.

I bought this Insignia 18 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator sight-unseen with the help of a Best Buy team member online in chat. My 25 year old Kelvinator finally had kicked the bucket and I needed a quick replacement. I am 100% satisfied with my new Insignia refrigerator and the sales person. The first day I owned it I actually had to put my ear against it to make sure it was running. It is just amazingly quiet. Again, all "pros" and no "cons" about this purchase. Oh, one con actually. The installer put the handles on upside down. Not a huge deal, but I'd love them to be placed properly (see photo.)

Nice small size garage fridge. It functions as it should. I’m glad we use this as an extra fridge in our garage because it has a slight humming sound to it. Kind of annoying but I don’t have to hear it inside our house. We just got this to replace an old garage fridge that died on us. I like the door shelving units because it can hold a few gallon size jugs. Not a bad deal for what you’re getting but I wish I could have snagged this fridge a few years ago before the prices increased to $629.

Looks and runs perfect. Thought it would be smaller than expected but the size is actually perfect. Very happy with our purchase. Would definitely recommend this refrigerator

I got the Insignia 18 cu. ft. top freezer refrigerator and overall it’s been doing the job, especially for the price. It’s simple, spacious, and looks clean in the kitchen. The layout works well for what I need and it runs quietly. The one issue I’ve noticed is that things placed near the back wall of the fridge tend to freeze. There are definitely some cold spots, so I have to be careful where I put more delicate items like greens or eggs. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s something to keep in mind if you plan to store a lot of fresh produce. For a basic fridge, it works. But if you want more even cooling or advanced features, you might want to go with a higher-end model.

Works great so far. Only about 3 weeks in. Holds the cold well. Using as a beer and overflow fridge. The delivery and installation team were fantastic.

The fridge works really well and has a lot of storage space. I love it.

Spacious and runs well. Only issue is it makes a frequent squeaking sound, which seems to be a common theme for this brand. It would’ve been a 5-star review if that wasn’t an issue

Decent refrigerator but it arrived damaged. I didn't know who to blame. The manufacturer or Best Buy. I couldn't get a replacement because there were none. I had to take some money off. It's cold so that's good.

We needed a refrigerator for our basement apartment. We found this refrigerator and it was perfect for our space. It works well and we have never had an issue with it. We got a great deal and would recommend this discount center to anyone.
