I like the fact that it has more shelf space than my previous refrigerator. I also like the fact that I can store tall containers on the door. The only negative is that I can’t store tall containers on the shelves, however the space on the door makes up for it. Overall I am pleased with the quality of my purchase.

We had Best Buy send a second one, it was damaged even more, so we elected to keep the first one. We called Best Buy explaining the situation and asking for some compensation. They offered $120 in a check, not gift card. It has taken weeks of phone calls and now they tell us they mailed a gift card on December 5th. We never got it, they will not do anything about it and they said the issue is closed. Absolutely horrible experience. Will not buy from Best Buy again, will be following up with a BBB complaint.

It leans a little to one side and not sure why but otherwise it works well. Food is kept cool. It makes a lot of noise sometimes and not sure what that’s about.
