Door hinge cannot be reversed.

Impossible to reverse the door hinge. Bottom door hinge is not as shown in the User Guide. It actually attaches to the main body foot; you can't remove it unless you remove the main foot! See photos. There is also an extra screw, not shown in the user guide (from the bottom). I also removed it, but still can't remove the bottom hinge. It is also running very hot on the side.

The refrigerator is great except we couldn't get the bottom handle on because the store didn't have the correct screws which I feel is unacceptable. The top one was already attached.

The reason why this review gets a one star is not because of the product but because of the customer service. When I brought the fridge it got delivered to my tenants damaged. Which is bad for business for me!! This wasn’t my first experience receiving damaged products from best buy as I have in the past brought a washer and dryer and it too was delivered damage. That’s unacceptable and although they replaced the refrigerator with another one, I was not pleased that I had to wait a month until another one was back in stock instead of them delivering another refrigerator regardless which kind to my tenant to help remedy the issue. Best Buy needs to do a better Job hiring or partnering up with reliable delivery people who are not going to damage paid products. As of right now Best Buy has lost me as a customer!!!

It was delivered by geek squad to my house when it was put in the kitchen there was damage major damage. I received a call from geek squad offering to pay me $150 or to wait on another refrigerator. I accepted the $150 and they sent me a check dated, 1202 24 instead of 02 1224 they lied to me and told me that they would replace the check that I have not heard anything from them since

I love the refrigerator however when they reversed the doors they didn’t have the correct part to cover the wires. This cover does not work.
