The refrigerator had a big dent in it and we had to send back took 2 weeks

Item was purchased new and 3 attempts to deliver and all three product came damaged Would recommend item just not the service of delivery

Case says it ia 65 3/8 on best buy website but when it was delivered, case measured 65 13/16 and delivery guy said there is no leveling feet which could lower the height

I bought this 18 cu ft refrigerator and freezer combo a few weeks ago, and so far it’s doing exactly what I expected. It has plenty of space, cools fast, and runs quietly. The design is simple and clean, which fits nicely in my kitchen. The only thing I wish was better is the freezer depth it feels a bit tight for larger boxes. Overall, a solid and reliable fridge for the price.

Very pleased with this refrigerator. We wanted a simple, refrigerator that had plenty of capacity, but wasn’t laden with a lot of unnecessary features. The price was great, the temperature controls were easy to access and simple to adjust, the unit cool properly, and it runs quietly. It is a really great secondary refrigerator, and it was bought on behalf of my parents to that end. Their main refrigerator is upstairs and this one was installed in the basement. Would not hesitate to purchase one of these units for my own home if I find myself in need of a second refrigerator.

This was purchase as a second refrigerator for the garage. I was skeptical about purchasing this brand. It's perfect. The size, the design and the price. Very affordable. It's quiet too. You don't even know it on. Everything is the right temperature. If I had to purchase one for my kitchen, you can best believe, Insignia will be the brand.

Keeps food cold, fits the space I have with cabinets all around, removable shelves on the door are good, but one problem: the frig makes the strangest noises I've ever heard. The noises aren't too loud, but sometime they sound like a ghost house, and sometime I think my cat is in the kitchen. The price was pretty good, and the delivery was good, but the manual said NOT to plug it in for 2 hours or you may have some problems..

Fantastic refrigerator for the price this is the least expensive refrigerator on the market and if you want to not pay money for a big brand name I suggest going with the Best buy brand insignia. I think you can look it up it's Hisense that makes this for Best buy then now that Brand's getting established is pretty good. I'm giving this a five-star rating because the refrigerator is quiet is big enough for a small family and why would you want to overly big refrigerator cuz it's just means stuff gets pushed all the way to the back and then you end up throwing it away anyway if you have too big of a refrigerator you end up keeping old food for too long so this is just the right size refrigerator one to four people. If you get it remember I'll refrigerators take 24 hours to really start working and I have it on the highest cold and the freezer freezes things like an ice block so you can't beat this refrigerator for the price

My new Insignia fridge has glass shelves. My old GE fridge had metal wire shelves. The old fridge had only 1 bottom bin which was difficult and clumsy to open and its tracks broke after the first year. My new fridge has 2 bottom shelves so I can keep my fruits and vegetables separate, and the tracks for each bin are sturdy and smooth operating. My old fridge had door handles that were porous and got dirty easy and were very difficult to sanitize. The handle on my new fridge are not porous and are nice, cosmetically, and very easy to clean. The overall build quality of my new Insignia fridge is significantly better than my old GE refrigerator. I can even fit more in the freezer section of my new refrigerator. I am quite impressed.

9/6/22 Bought 15 months ago for $450, that was sale $50 off $500 regular price. First time had been on sale for one year. Has wire rack shelves. Made in Thailand. Now shelves are glass for $580 regular price. Maintains proper temperate. Good interior space. LED light is better than old bulb type. There is room for additional door shelf that can be bought. Geek squad came on time & installed. One door shelf had damage at attachment to door point. Only option is order another refrigerator & wait weeks for entire unit swapout. Best Buy will not simply send replacement parts/door shelf. There are many possible phone numbers to call for warranty/service that is required & takes too long. Geeks are not allowed to put in claim for customer. Best Buy was easy on request for $50 credit goodwill request for hassle. Overall great value as other brands are much higher price. Did read reviews before buying that mentioned (a) weird cat like groans during some cycles. (b) hot spot on left side mid height, but OK to touch. (c) rushing air sound during other cycles. All true. Get used to it or pay much more for name brand model. Make sure door handles tiny hex bolts are extra tight. Or can buy similar Insignia model with no door handles for less $.

Excellent storage capacity. I am able to adjust the shelving to accommodate various size bottles. Very well lit throughout, and quiet. Temperature controls are easily adjustable. Overall, a very good quality product.

This was exactly what I needed. It fits more than I thought it would. I don’t need anything fancy. Just a fridge with freezer. Works great! Fits well in a small kitchen.

Refrigerator is modern and easy to use. There is lots of room inside, and it runs almost silently. It seems well made, it is used as a second fridge in the basement, so it won’t have too much wear and tear. Perfect for the need.

So glad we found this refrigerator. It is perfect for a smaller kitchen or apt. It is VERY SPACIOUS and allows you to change shelves around. It is quiet n has been working great thus far. Was only looking at 10 cubic feet but the design and excellent price had us upgrade.

fridge works very well runs quietly. very spacious

Needed a replacement refrigerator for the basement, just a basic model. This unit is large, quiet, and works well. All at a very affordable price. Only had it two months but so far I am very pleased with it.
