Works amazing after two moves and three years

Its held our surplus and prepared food, drinks, and produce. Its a champ. Has gone through two moves and held wonderfully. Always cold. Compressor makes a little noise but I dont mind its in the garage. Best $500 ive ever spent!

You have to bend over all the time to look and obtain items from the refrigerator. Both my husband and I hit our head on the handle from the top freezer when looking in bottom of fridge. I guess that may be why Side by Side are so much more in cost. The temperature is great, keeps food very cold and the freezer is just the right size for a few people to store food. Someday they may make an economical side by side. Or they should have placed the freezer on the bottom. It is a good purchase for the money, just watch you head when grabbing a snack.

I get a texton delivery date 08/28/24 that I need to reschedule? So I rescheduled and delivery was to be delivered 08/30/24. I called customer service and they said appliances was on back order? They promised 08/31/24. No delivery? This is a rental and family have had to go out to eat and its exspenvive hundreds of dollars. I text customer support 08/31/24 wondering why refrigerator was not delivered from Malaysia and they told me to call Customer service the next day after texting for an hour a waste of time. So I called the next day September 1, 2024. The customer service representative was extremely rude and told me they had back order. I explained that I was promised three times for delivery. she said that Friday the sixth was the soonest delivery. I told her that wasn’t good enough that I was being lied to for almost a week not any accurate information or any phone call from Customer service tell me what was going on. She transferred me to the resolution team and they were not in the office until Tuesday the third .  the worst experience of my life. I ordered refrigerator from Home Depot that day online and it was delivered the next day. I will be taking Best Buy to small claims court for their lack of integrity and the money that was spent on going out upon believing what they said about delivery dates . I was promised four days in a row it would be delivered and it never was in the Customer service, which is full of excuses.

(Only one experiment conducted.) - Runs quietly except for the occasional coolant whining during significant temperature transitions. - Doors seal tightly - Handles!

Keeps everything nice aand cold. Just moved into a condo and was needing a refrigerator. Went on a Sunday to buy one and had it delivered by that following Tuesday. The sales person at bestbuy was patient and knowledgeable. The delivery was flawless. Definitely will be purchasing any and all large appliances at BestBuy.
