What a great little refrigerator! Best price for the size. Works well. Has an ice-maker option. It's Quiet.

Our refrigerator starting failing and it would be weeks before our new one with bells and whistles arrived. I saw this one and grabbed it. We have been meaning to get a second fridge for the garage to hold drinks, overflows at holidays, etc. It can be equipped with an ice maker, but we did not need it. It works perfectly. It would also be great for a smaller home or an apartment. Sorry my current fridge started to fail after 24 years, but it was the push I needed to go ahead and grab this one. Now, neither refrigerator is stuffed to the gills and I can shop confidently knowing I have a place to put everything without cramming things in. I love it!!!!!!!!

I'll qualify this review by saying it was replacing a too small refrigerator which had been in place at the very least 20 years, probably much more. That said, the refrigerator has a liberating amount of space. It keeps things cold in the refrigerator without any freezing issues. It keeps thing frozen in the freezer without making them into blocks of ice. There isn't any condensation buildup. It was also $100 cheaper than any remotely comparable refrigerator I could find. I cook meals from scratch every night, and I need a refrigerator that can keep the food I need on hand.

I am glad I bought this refrigerator. I especially appreciate the extra storage in the door. I buy a lot of beverages, and it holds all of them leaving more space for my other refrigerated items. The refrigerator can be a bit noisy at times. However, I expected that from reading other reviews. It’s not that big of a deal. Also, one of the handles was defective when it was delivered. It was replaced in a matter of a few days.

We love this fridge! Perfect for our garage. Low noise consistently cool. No issues at all!

Upon delivery the doors opened the wrong way. The delivery guy said not only it would be $90 to swap them to the other side, but I would have to schedule an appointment directly with Best Buy because he did not have time. He also complained about having to move the old fridge approximately 15 ft away, on level ground mind you. As a property manager I've swapped fridge doors many times, so I figured I'd do it. I've even swapped a high-end Liebherr fridge's doors, which was fairly involved with their scissor hinges, dampeners and opening angle stops. Well, the Insignia fridge door hinges are so crudely designed and engineered that it actually took me longer than the Liebherr's. The actual hinges were not as shown in the manual, which did not help. Other than that, it looks like a fine economy fridge at a fair price. At this point I've got a number of Insignias in rentals; tenants like them, and so far they've been trouble-free (knock on wood), which is why I continue to put up with Best Buy's appliance delivery service.

This is an "Entry Level" refrigeration unit by Insignia, which is Best Buy's House Brand. She's a "no frills" type, but has everything the expensive models have minus the special, fancy features you might be compelled to add on in order to keep up with them Joneses because you're not one to be outdone, are you now. She's not massive, but she fit where I needed her to go, and she works like a champ! She refrigerates and freezes, has two drawers and a rack on the inside of the door. The door seals properly and the shelves are of a sturdy plexiglass material that can hold well over 100 12 oz beverage cans without rolling her eyes or talking back at chya. I suspect this unit, if taken care of and spoken to nicely, will surely outlive me, and that's all I ask of her. She's just as good as all the rest, she's just not into the fancy stuff, and that's mighty refreshing these days.

Quiet, works perfect, smaller size but perfect for me.

The fridge is the perfect size and works great. The delivery was on time, and the driver called me when he was about 20 minutes away which was nice. There were no boxes or anything to dispose of which I was very happy with. It came with an ice tray which was a nice surprise. The only thing I didn’t realize before I ordered it is that it only has bottom drawers. I’m used to having a deli meat/cheese drawer as well, but it’s not a big deal for me. I can easily buy some containers to keep things more organized.

Great item for a unbelievable price, its such a perfect size as well, the inside has so much space too,cant go wrong with it!

Got this fridge to replace a broken one in my rental apartment. The tenants seem to be happy with it, no complaints.

This refrigerator was perfect for what we needed in our office space. Small enough to fit inside a room, and spacious enough to cover the needs.

This was an awesome replacement for our old fridge, overall the cubic volume is slightly bigger than our old unit, has more shelves and storage space in the doors, and believe it or not it came with a free ice tray (lol), The handles attach securely, you can swap the sides that the door hinges attach to if you need to, and the adjustable legs on the front make it very easy to adjust the tilt to get the doors to swing closed nicely if left open. Will it last as long as our old fridge, which made it from 1997 to 2024? Only time will tell, but the components in the back look very well constructed and much more modern than our old fridge.

This a great Fridge to use as a secondary fridge or for the garage. It has a great price and is quiet. There are two areas of concern. First of all, there is a slight lip in the back on the bottom shelf which makes it difficult to place 12 packs of soda. The other concern is that the light is place in such a manner that it is difficult to get to and does not provide adequate lighting. Not a big problem if it is in a well lit area but makes those late night snacks raids less stealthy.

amazing fridge. It honestly works too good. 10/10 would buy. You can change the handles on either side and it cools everything fast. if you place stuff in the back of the fridge and i mean the very back it gets ice crystals which is a good thing in my book because....the fridge actually works very well.
