I have tried many trash/recycle combos, but this is by far the best. The bags stay secure, are easy to put in, and don’t get caught on anything when taken out. In addition, the automatic feature is fantastic! I will be buying this same trash can for all of my future needs, totally worth the price!

What can I say. I like the simplicity of how this garbage can works. I am concerned for the long haul, but I guess time will tell. It’s working very nicely so far. it does open up when you walk by it sometimes, I guess it’s to be expected. This was an impulse buy since it was on sale and I’m a sucker for sales so I always wanted one but didn’t want to pay the high price. I recommended keep your eyes on it it will go on sale again.

Good size and saves us extra bin on floor. As advertised and got it on sale. Cons, Uses 3 size D battery.

I would have given this garbage can five stars but it is very sensitive. You walk by and the lid opens. Other than that it is exactly what I needed for my kitchen not too big nor too small. When my hands are dirty, I can just wave them across and it opens.

I've been using this trash can for a few months. It is a good product but with a couple of issuses. 1. There is no removable liner for the recycle side. This means you need to use a plastic bag (not recyclable) for said items. I have to empty the bag in my bin and either reuse the bag or throw it away. Find I'm using more bags now. 2. The sensor is a bit too sensative. You don't have to get too close for the lid to open. Not a big deal, just a bit anoying. This is a good product but the absence of a removable liner for the recycables is what promped the 3 star rating.

It’s fine. Batteries for a trash can are kinda silly but I know that going in. I took out the middle divider so it’s just a large can, holds a lot in the bag this way.

Not exactly what I was after but it will do. It was an impulse buy. Having said that I like it overall. I wasn’t paying attention I thought it was a full size trash can. I was hoping for all trash this size. It’s half recyclables half trash. I already had the recycle part covered. D size batteries are expensive and sometimes hard to find in convenience stores. If you buy this trash can I suggest you also buy the batteries at Best Buy. I would give it 5 stars if it was just for trash. The same size or just a bit bigger. Another plus would be if I could just plug it in. My fingers are crossed and my eyes are peeled. Hopefully the next version is this way

This dual garbage can is excellent! It holds more garbage and recyclable products on each side than you’d imagine. Also, it’s a convenient size to tuck away in a corner and not take up too much space. Since I got it on sale it was a fantastic deal! However, I’m not 100% sure if I would pay full price for it. It’s a little expensive

Having one can with both trash & recycling under one lid is very convenient. I was hoping to use rechargeable batteries & they don't seem to provide enough power to open lid completely. The idea of buying batteries would make this an expensive & non-sustainable item.

An excellent garbage can is large, comfortable and very elegant for a kitchen. One problem is that it runs on batteries. You have to have a monthly battery box hahaha. They should see it made with a port for electricity because it uses up a lot of battery

it's only a garbage can, but it takes the place of 2 cans, so that's the best feature of this item. also, the stainless steel is a nice look and goes with any kitchen decor. only complaint, and this is super minor, but the trash side should be bigger than the recycle side, in my opinion. but really thats nit picking. Also was very expensive, even as a Deal of the Day, would never pay full price for it.

Stopped working a few months ago. Up until then it worked great. Changed batteries, shut it on/off and nothing worked. Purchased and electric one instead. So far so good. I would still recommend this it did its job well but then gave up I guess.

This is a nice quality trash can. It’s tedious to be changing two bags instead of one. Besides that looks modern and hold a lot.

fits perfectly next to my new stove and oven and matches it too. Easy to use. with a wave of your hand it opens so you don't have to lift the lid manually or even use your foot. It's large enough to hold quite a bit of trash and recycling in two separate bags.

Great automatics trash can. The fact where you can have 2 in 1 when you’re in a tight space makes this very useful. Also, just waving the back of your hand to open this while you’re cooking and not having to wash your hand every single trip to the trash makes it easier. I like how there’s a division between trash and recycling so the bags are well sustained.

This trash can has added a new flare to my kitchen. I use to have a step on plastic type trash can which opened quickly as I stepped on the foot pedal. Thus, having to wait on the trash can sometimes is a slow agonizing process. I am still in the trial stage; so hopefully my impatience will improve.
