This trash can has added a new flare to my kitchen. I use to have a step on plastic type trash can which opened quickly as I stepped on the foot pedal. Thus, having to wait on the trash can sometimes is a slow agonizing process. I am still in the trial stage; so hopefully my impatience will improve.

If your looking for a large automatic trash this is it! I've had it for about a month now and it works great

Didn't work at first. The lid would only rise about an inch, then close. Brought it into Best Buy and they fixed it. Two 9 lb garbage bags are needed instead of the normal 13 lb tall kitchen bag. Must put a garbage bag in recycle side, then empty it. Pd way too much for the value.

Amazing quality for the price, and it is convenient to have the recycle portion built in. Also having the On and Off button switch help a ton.

This is the best trashcan I have bought definitely would by more.

Excellent product. Only that sometimes you need the device open more time, when the sensor open the lid you have a +/- 5 secs window. If you are not ready in this time the lid close over your hands.

I love how it opens without touching it. I also love how it is divided down the middle to fit two bags.

Bought for my college daughter. The only plus was that it’s very roomy. HOWEVER, the motion detector lid snaps at hands- it only opens for a quick split second before shutting on your hand. What’s a trash can’s use if the lid won’t open long enough to put stuff in it?! I spent 1 hr 11 minutes on the phone being continually transferred (4 people) with customer “service” trying to return it since a store return was going to present an huge inconvenience on my end. Dealing with the 800 number was more ridiculous than trying to use a trash can with a snapping lid. Went into the store and then could FINALLY return it. Horrible experience. I question how much I want to buy anything from Best Buy.

It looks great but it's only flaw is that every once in a while it doesn't work and I have to take out the batteries and put them back in and wait about 15 to 20 minutes for it to start working again. Best to buy it on sale for sure! Got mine for 65

Love this automatic opening trash/recycle can. Great for small family. Easy to empty and perfect for small kitchen.

Excellent receptacle for both trash and recyclables. I took the divider out and use 1 can for trash and the other can for recycling. Works perfectly!

Great quality, only thing I would add would be a plastic insert for recycle side emptying

It was like a holiday miracle as a package was delivered to the door. The box was mysterious as we opened it and the entire family gathered around in anxious wonderment. we open the box and proceeded to use the trashcan. We threw all the trash into a trash bag on the trash side weed set to the right. We threw all of the recyclables on the left side without a trash bag. My entire family yelled at me throughout the whole holiday about how poor of a purchase this trashcan was. The biggest complaints were it didn't come with batteries, was$o70, and it did not have inserts to each side that would have helped haul off the recyclables and hide the bag.

This is a great trash can easily use. Easy to reset a little costly and batteries though

Great trash can! Wished it had a power cord but only takes 3 batteries so not bad! We use both sides for trash, much bigger in person.
