Handy to have to keep phone and other small units operating. One thing to note. electricity does not flow uphill. 1) The closer a unit is charged to its brim the more resistance it has to topping off the charge. It's like recharging a car battery half way in 30 minutes but requiring 4 hours to complete the job. 2) When this 10 A battery is has just 4 A charge left it can not charge a 5 A tablet battery even half way.
