This power bank comes with two USB ports, one being a Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 jack! My LG phone pretty much never quick charges with any generic "smart" chargers, it has to be specifically Qualcomm QC compatible, which this power bank does offer (despite not being advertised anywhere on the website as supporting Qualcomm QC 3.0, so I was pleasantly surprised to find the capability when I picked it up). The power bank has four LEDs to indicate battery status level. It can take quite a while to recharge the bank from fully dead, as it will only charge at normal 500mV speeds. It is a compact unit and moderately slim for 10,000mah capacity, albeit surprisingly heavy. The only reason I am rating it 4/5 stars and not 5/5 is because the quick charge still isn't quite as fast as a dedicated powered AC wall adapter. My phone will go into quick charge mode, but it is not as fast as a wall adapter. I'd say charge speed is somewhere between a generic 500mV USB port and a wall adapter. The reality is QC 3.0 will modulate the current as necessary, and this 10,000mah just does not have the same current capability as a larger 20,000+ power bank, so you cannot expect wall adapter charge speeds. Overall, for the price this is a good safety net to keep in your car or purse, so you are not caught off guard with a dead phone. I would expect maybe 1.5-2 full charges from this power bank onto a modern smartphone.

This was great to carry on our recent trips to Orlando, FL. We spent entire days in the parks without having to look for an outlet to charge our phones. It was long lasting and included 2 ports so we took turns using it two at a time and kept our phones charged all day. It’s compact size made it easy to carry around.

Really great portable charger! Bought a couple of these for the kiddos- they are constantly on their phones and keep these in their backpacks so they never are without a full battery. What I like about this battery is that it’s slim and charges fast. Great quality unlike some off brands. Great price and really good value!

My daughter asked for this portable charger. She takes it everywhere and loves it! It fits in her sweatshirt pocket or her purse, she is able to keep her phone charged while she is at work, which makes us happy! She said she can go days with it holding a charge before she needs to charge again!

I went to the store located at the Mall of New Hampshire. I was inquiring as to the price of an Apple IPOD. Since it was more than I was prepared to pay, I explained that my old IPOD was not holding a charge for very long. It is over 10 years old. I said I would look into getting a new battery installed, but I needed a solution right away as I needed the IPOD for the upcoming weekend. She told me that a portable charger should solve my power issues right away. She showed me where the chargers were and showed me one. She assured me that it could keep my IPOD going all day . It worked as advertised and kept my music going all day,(10) hours. She gave me a little tutorial as to how long I would need to charge it before it's first use and explained how it would work. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and solved my problem for which I am very grateful. I am not very tech savvy and her help was very valuable to me. Not to mention, the price was right.

Excellent portable charger at a good price. Easy to charge and it can charge my phones and even my 10" tablet with no problem. Recharging the charger is easy and the charger can charge several tech items fully without recharging. Would highly recommend this portable charger.

Good for road trips, works great to full charge any mobile device even an ipad pro!

My daughter loves it! She uses it on her walks so we can FT. It holds charge for a long time and tajes no time to charge up and then ready to go to park, game or the movies. I bought one for myself and my so as well we love them and use them often.

I've only used it once so far and it worked just fine. It did take a long time to charge right out of the box, but it was in line with what it said. I do like the size, it is not bulky and is easy to transport. I'm hoping it is there when I need it, time will tell.

I've tried several brands like Mi, Duracell, Ambrane and other Chinese companies and they do well but then with the upgrading age of iPhones and USB-C powered Android smartphones, it gets boring and tedious to carry devices which still support Micro-USB. And that was the major reason why half of my power banks would stay uncharged when I need them the most cause finding old cables and charging them got annoying. But this Power bank completely changes the situation as it comes with a USB C support and I can charge it with the same charger when my phone is charged and keep it for whenever I need it next. P.S. There are certain restrictions though with the voltage so don't expect your Macbook Pro charger to charge it as the voltage there is really high(20V) which the maximum, the powerbank can take is 5V input.

Great for charging on the go. We always bring it whenever we go to amusement parks, long drive, and even when we’re going to a friends house. Fast charging and very compact. It can’t charge up to 4 phone total.

My Insignia Portable Charger has proven so valuable. It's light and compact so I can carry it in my purse. When my husband was in the ER, I tried to alert his children and other family members, but my battery had died. There were portals in the ER: all were out of order. I pulled my Insignia Portable Charger from my purse and attached my phone. Not only was I able to make all the calls I needed to alleviate worries of family members, I was able to do the same for others in the ER who wanted to call their worried relatives. While the Insignia Portable Charger takes practically no space, I used it as an excuse to buy a new purse which has a zipper compartment that I allocate to the charger. Crafty, am I not: any excuse for a new leather purse.

We've been using it for about a month, rotating with other chargers. It charges 2 Samsung S7 cellphones & a Fire tablet very easily. I would guess I could get at least a years worth of charges from this unit.

This portable charger can also support fast charging which has been a life saver for me. It also isn't bulky and is easy to fit in my bag and stuff. It has 2 usb ports which has also been great.

I love it. I like thats slim and can put it on my pocket while charging. In one fully charge, it can fully charge my 12 pro twice and 50-60 more percent before it drained.. So its worth it

Pretty lightweight. Holds a charge for a very long time. Charges up fairly quickly. Works well with USB-C devices. If I recall, it did not come fully charged. Maybe a half charge.

Excellent portable charger. Affordable and worth purchasing. My son uses it to charge his phone during the day while at college and away from his plug in charger.

I get about 3 to 4 charges out of it and it charges my phones very fast. It’s a handy light weight device. I usually recharge this charger overnight since it does take a long time to charge.

So far I love it .. it completely charged my iPhone 3 times before it ran out it chargers pretty quick too for my liking. No complains so far besides the size but I don’t mind it anymore.
