Bought this for my mom, she loves it. It holds a lot of power, enough to charge a phone twice on one charge. Haven't had any issues so far. It's a bit thicker than ones I've bought myself, but the extra battery capacity is worth it, unless you have limited space to pack this on the go.

A good size and easy to use! A present for my wife and she loves it!

Got these for when I can charge my phone on the go. I keep some power banks in my car for when I’m low on battery and am on the go. These get at least 1 full charge from below 10% charged. Keep some on hand fully charged for when power outage occurs.

nice little back up battery, it is light and perfect to carry in a purse or backpack for everyday use. I bought mine open box it was perfect. It recharges pretty quickly and is easy to top off.

Great buy. I have only a bit of experience with cheap chargers. This one is great for the but im not using it to charge my phone. I'm using it to charge a heated vest. I've did a full charge and have gotten about 9 hrs of continuous use out of it.

Great buy! I charged it full after purchase and I haven’t run out of battery yet which means it holds quite a bit of charge. Comes in very handy when you are at a location without any charging options and your phone’s battery life is almost gone.

Good value. This is the second one I have purchased as I am very pleased with my first one. It's great to have one of these as I can keep it in my lunch bag for work in case I don't have another phone charging option.

You get a fairly quick charge from this. It's sold at a good price. So why not 5 stars? This 10,000 mAh is way too heavy to tote around as you go about your day, and for my lifestyle the lighter in weight, the more suitable it is for me to own.

I needed a portable charger after my old one quit on me. I purchased this Insignia brand and so far it has performed well. It charges fast and I also like that it has two charging ports. My phone does get hot when charging on it though.

My kids love these things. They used them to charge their phones, tablets, & rings lights. Can’t go wrong with these power banks. We purchased 3. These are great during power outages. Very satisfied no complaints.

Pretty hefty in size compared to some other. Price is fair for mAh at my time of purchase. Lots of other options out there but the convenience of local pick up and promotion was key factor in my decision. Not bad to have back up power available.

Good backup power supply for phone and tablet during power outage from severe storms. Can charge both devices at the same time. Solid feel but a bit heavy to carry everywhere. Nice for peace of mind.

So far so good. Took a while to charge but seems to hold the charge well. Purchased for use on a trip. Mainly bought it because of price and slim design. Only time will tell how well it will hold up.

I love this item, I take it everyday with me when I leave home. It's convenient when an outlet is unavailable. All I do, is reach in my purse to connect my phone to it along with the power cord.

Purchasing these portable chargers are sometimes a guessing game. You are never certain about the charging time of different items (cellphone, mp3, fitness watches, etc...) but this item does a great job of creating a great charge. The actually full time to create a full charge is somewhere between 30 to 45 minutes if the item is on below 20%. It is not as portable as other chargers that I have owned in the past which brings it down only 1 star but overall the quality of the charging capabilities more than makes up for that.

Purchased 2 of these on sale. Using one now to keep my phone charged. Seems to work just fine. The second was a gift for my Son to use on his boat. Reasonable price for a quality product.
