So I needed a small TV for the kitchen. It’s hard to find a small TV everything is so big. You can’t find anything smaller than 19”. I purchased this 19” insignia for $69. Sounded to cheap to me. Got it home installed and I also got the clear view amplified antenna. Wow what a nice picture! Got plenty of channels. It even has 2 hdmi inputs and a usb for a thumb drive. Put a thumb drive in with pictures on it and it started a slideshow. This TV even talks to you if you want. This set does NOT use a wall wart - I hate them. The power supply is built in so just a regular ac cord comes out. I can’t find anything negative to say about this set. You even get a nice remote with batteries all for $69 bucks!

Needed Second Small TV in Computer Room

At a sale price of $69.99 I could not believe the value for my money. I have three much older TVs and my goal is to get rid of Cable and go another route. Either a simple antenna or Roku, Sling or something like that. This TV is well worth the money. Picture is vividly clear and it has easy set up and programming. I am currently using an antenna and getting clear channels, as many as 30. In short term future I would like to buy another Insignia TV, but bigger for my main viewing. Need to discuss options with someone that knows about the options so as to get one that fits my needs. If you have not upgraded to a modern TV, I advise you to do so. I put it off too long. I am very happy with this product.

I purchased this item for one of my travel trailers that was the victim of a power serge. We often use this RV to spend time with the grand kids. My main concern was purchasing a replacement that fit the size requirements of the RV and something that I wouldn't be too upset with if it only lasted a short while. I really wasn't expecting much because I normally would purchase a more known name brand. To my amazement this product far exceeded my expectations. From over the air channels to satellite to DVD's and video games the unit has performed exceptional. I have always been a believer in "you get what you pay for" but I'm happy to say I have eaten my words.

    Worth what I paid!

I paid 64.19 USD, including taxes, for this television. For the price, it's hard to beat. The size is perfect for use in a small bedroom. 720p looks quite impressive on a screen this size. The viewing angle is excellent. I have an Android TV Xiaomi Mi Box and a Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter v2 connected to this. The usb port can power a Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter v2 or a ChromeCast without issue. The speakers, to my ears, sound best when bass is left at level 50 and treble set to 75. The TV would've been better if it supported HDMI-CEC, but this is more of a product improvement suggestion. When I keep in mind how little I paid, I have have plenty of praise and no complaints regarding this TV.

My 1984 Sears TV recently broke down (picture tube) and I was looking for a smaller flat-screen TV for my home office. After doing research on the Best Buy webpage and visiting my nearby store (Homewood, IL) I chose the Insignia 19" tv, choosing the two-year service contract and haul-away service of the Sears TV. All went well from the shopping experience, texts from Best Buy concerning delivery times (all accurate), my contacts with the salesperson at the store, my installer tech from the Geek Squad and the haul-away guys. My primary use of the Insignia will be as a second TV set not my main one so I am sure that it will work out fine. The remote is very logical and my Geek Squad tech explained it thoroughly. Recommended.

Bought this as a temporary replacement for our 40" 12 year old Samsung which needed a new motherboard... Of course it was so tiny compared to our 40" but when you have to do without a tv for a week, this will do very nicely The picture was great, volume a little low, but with hearing aids that wasn't a problem..besides good reviews on it, we got it because it had a/v plugs for our dvd &/or vhs (yes, we still use one) It also has a closed caption feature, a must for us. If we needed a new, permanent tv, we would get a larger one from the same company.

Pleasantly surprised with this tv set which is a modest 2nd set for the den, especially considering the very modest price. I view over-the-air broadcast tv. No cable. Impressive picture and sound for a set this size and price. Very easy to use and set up. Gives good information about what you're watching. Only thing I would wish for is a channel guide EPG (?) for over-the-air viewing, but this is really reaching. :-) You can't go wrong with this set, especially for the money. The same manufacturer also sells soundbars through Best Buy which are also very modestly priced and very competent. I have one on my much larger main set.

Small TVs for a kitchen or dorm are getting harder to find, so I bought this one mainly because it was available in a nearby Best Buy and on sale. I was pleasantly surprised. It's light enough to carry home under my arm. Set-up and pairing with my cable took about five minutes. The picture is vivid (and there are several different choices of picture style in the menu) and the volume excellent. I've only had it a few months, so I can't speak to its longevity yet, but so far I am entirely pleased and satisfied with my purchase.

    Cheaper Than a PC monitor!

Cheapest monitor I could find locally, both at Best Buy and Walmart and many other locations. It is a TV which is great because it has multiple inputs but it works perfectly as a dual monitor! The aspect ratio is not perfect for windows 10 (only a minute difference between this and a standard digital monitor) but it is perfect for me, everything looks crisp and it’s a really great deal! With the capability of a TV and a monitor this is phenomenal. No regrets!

Had a 13 inch flat screen for years on my desk. Half of the screen went black and decided to research small tv's. After researching, reading and looking at availability I decided on this one. My local store had it in-stock along with the next size up. When I went in and found this one as an "open-box". After speaking to an associate, found that there was nothing wrong with this one. Purchased it and it is perfect! Great size and easy to set up and use! Love the Best Buy "House Brand", fifth item I've purchased from the Insignia line and love it!

I am using the TV as my computer monitor primarily and it does that well. It works fine as a TV too. The image is good quality for both uses. The input jacks all exit from the bottom of the tv, which is fine with me. It has no way to wall mount it, which I would have liked. I had no problem attaching the feet but I would be careful, because it does look like you could strip them out. The sound quality is good. It doesn't get as loud as a sound bar, but hey, buy a sound bar if you need that quality. A good solid buy for under a hundred bucks.

The excellent picture is much better than I expected from a low-cost TV. With 2 HDMI inputs, a USB and A/V input, they did not skimp on features. Includes a stand, which I noticed does not come with some other TVs. Very wide viewing angle and the sound is plenty loud enough - but, of course not as good as a sound bar. This is my first Insignia and I would say that they make a good product. The online ordering process with Bestbuy was easy - used a gift card + credit card, pickup was quick.

I haven't hooked up the TV yet. I am waiting until spring because I am going to use it on my 3 season porch. I have been looking for a small TV for a long time and I found this perfect little TV at Best Buy. It was on sale so I new it would be the perfect time to get it. It is really hard to find small TV's for small spaces. I have loved all the TV's I have gotten at Best Buy except for one and that was a ROKU. Hated it because it has the worst designed remote ever. All I have to do is make sure never to buy a ROKU.

This TV replaced an under counter kitchen TV. The picture is great and the sound is much better than most of the smaller TVs. This is my second Insignia TV. I bought a 55" Roku 4K Insignia and I love it! I think Insignia provides the best quality per dollar than any other brand. The under counter mount does NOT come with this TV.

The picture on this small TV is very good and it has a wide viewing angle. Excellent value for the price which was less than $60 with free delivery. I bought it for my shop where I sit at my bench, fairly close to the screen but at a significant angle (up and to the side). Angle viewing was important to me and I tried one other TV which did not work for that reason. This TV stands on 4 narrow legs so be aware that you will need a level solid surface for the TV location. As I said, really outstanding picture for the money!!

I needed a small screen to use basically for video/tv display to watch shows while putzing around my home office. Vesa mount works fine, mounted it to an arm and plugged it in to my computer and watch amazon hulu netflix etc. Works great for this purpose. It isnt a great computer monitor but didnt expect that, its 720 and works very well as occasional tv while I work. Small so hangs in visible spot on arm or I push it out of the way. This was a nice addition to my home office setup and I'm glad I got it.

I bought this TV for my bedroom and wasn't expecting much being that the price was low. Boy.........I was surprised! I connected my cable box HDMI CONNECTION and the picture came in super crisp just like our 52" Samsung TV in the living room. I can't give enough praise for this TV. It is great for the price and is also a room saver wherever you use it. The picture quality is also fantastic. It has multiple ways to connect to your cable. HDMI connection is the absolute best choice.

Being a Senior, I remember the Cathode Ray Tube TVs. Why would anyone want to one of these new flat screen TVs? Holy smoke, how opinions change! Now, the quality is high, the screens are big and the prices are very low. These TVs have all the bells and whistles as a standard. They use very little power, weigh a few pounds. Upgrade your old TVs now!

It's a nice, small TV set. I had to pick up a new TV Antenna for it. Don't forget to Scan for channels. Once I got the set to pick up the local stations I can't live without (2 PBS affiliates, and the college station with NASA TV), I was happy. My old antenna needed a USB Power Port, but the USB outlet on the set itself (only meant for photos on a USB stick) caused the TV to shut down when the antenna's USB connector was plugged in.

These Insignia TVs are well built. I'm glad to see they changed the design of the back panel where the hookups are. Before there wasn't much space to plug in RCA or other cables, but now it has plenty of space for hookup wires with nothing blocking the bottom of the wires. I use these for RCA hookup to some of my old vintage game consoles/computers and they work well with good resolution. For the money and the other good features this is a awesome buy from Best Buy. ;-)
