I bought this item for my 30 year old disabled autistic daughter ( btw the love of my life and my very best friend all rolled into one , I’m not afraid to say , she’s My girl ) as a Christmas gift so, she could have a tv in her room so she is just like her peers , I like for her to blend in and I don’t want to say fit in or be like everyone else but, I want her to have the opportunities to have the same experiences as everyone else her age if it is physically and mentally possible for her to do so and if it’s something she really enjoys ( i.e. sitting up late on the weekends watching tv In bed , having her favorite drinks and snacks ) . The small size of this tv was perfect to use on the night stand in her room so , it didn’t take up to much space or overwhelm my daughter with its size. , perfect for her , and the easy setup was not to overwhelming for me or for her to watch me to try to set it up. ( lol) . And the tv is simple to use which makes it a great choice for Tara ( my daughter ) I received it just in time for Christmas , only two days after I submitted the order the tv had arrived at my home . My daughter really does enjoy this tv so much if I could speak for Tara I would say it was her favorite Christmas gift I wish I could send you pics of how happy she is sitting in her room watching tv like her siblings , she is acting so much more grown up especially with her own tv . I know it’s just a very small thing but my daughter has the mentality of a 3 year old and to see her wanting to be on her own in her room , she makes her bed and cleans up her room just so she can watch tv in comfort , she is very happy with it and I’m so grateful for the price and for the tv arriving in record time. . It's a good tv for the price. We wanted a tv for a small space in our kitchen and it was a perfect fit. The resolution is good and it was very easy to install. The only real con is that it is not a smart tv but we purchased a fire stick so problem solved also stand/legs are don't always hold very well but again for the money it is a good buy.

Love it! Perfect size for my small living room. Very clear picture. Easy set up. The only thing that’s a little off is the volume. It’s not consistent across different channels but it’s not a deal breaker.

I bought this TV to use as a second monitor to my laptop, since I now work from home. The video that Best Buy emailed to me - showing me how to safely remove the TV from the box without damaging it was excellent! Thank you, Best Buy! Removing from the box was easy. I found the process of attaching the "stand feet" difficult. The screws are small and the openings to attach the screws are difficult to see. Difficult - but not impossible. Once I did that - the set-up was easy. So, I now use it as a monitor and a TV. It has been well worth the purchase price. And I will say that Best Buy customer service was great in answering questions I had about it before I purchased it.

We use this on our kitchen counter. It is a perfect size; large enough to see but without a large footprint. The picture and sound are fine, and we've used it for about a year now without incident. We bought a small table-top swivel stand separately, and we can watch it from wherever we are- cooking, sitting at the island, etc. We would buy it again for similar use; excellent vakue and it suits our needs perfectly. Note that we rated it --not against the best of the best technology, --but rather for what we'd expect given its size and price.

Love this little TV. It is the perfect size for my kitchen. It sits on the raised counter so I can see It when I am cooking and I can pick it up and flip it around to face the table when I sit down for lunch. It has a good picture and it’s easy to use.

I've discovered that Insignia producuts are quite good. I also have a 40" non-smart TV with 1080 pixels, which is what matters the most to me. The resolution is good. The sound quality is strong enough. I use earphones and am quite satisfied. I am actually planning on taking its 19" equivalent cross-country--I am looking forward to experience equally good quality

This small tv is great for a small space. It has a sharp and clear picture, good color, and clear sound. The remote is on the smaller size, too, which takes up less space and is easy to use. One thing that could be improved would be the legs. A block leg would be easier since these are small and angular which can make it awkward to balance if you want it elevated.

In this day and age, it's extremely difficult to find a simple "hook to an antenna, NOT network" TV of any size. Smaller screen? Most sellers laugh and hang up... but not BestBuy. THIS TV fits the bill for simple to operate, smaller size, and as a plus, turns out it's really a Vizio and the remote is interchangeable. (That was an unexpected bonus in this house.) TV is simple to set up, works very well, and kudos to BestBuy for offering it!

Compact, great picture, goes well as an extra in a kitchen or bathroom.

Needed a small TV for the kitchen so we could watch the local news while eating breakfast/dinner. This TV was just the right size to fit on the counter. I read several reviews before purchasing and went with my "gut feeling". The TV has a really good quality picture with nice details and color. The sound is not the greatest, but it works in a small area like the kitchen. I'm hoping the TV will last for several years of service. I would recommend this TV for a small area like a kitchen, bedroom, etc.

I'd been looking for a small TV for my small apartment for a while. When I saw the 19" Insignia TV advertised, I was quick to look into it. I'm a basic viewer and often will watch/listen to TV while doing something else. The set-up instructions were easy to follow, and it didn't take much time for me to set the TV up myself. Afterward, I purchased an Insignia sound bar to enhance the sound (which it does), another item that was easy for me to connect up on my own. Good choices, both!

Small but perfect for a small space. Clear picture with good sound, functions just like the maxi screen TVs. Good value for price.

Very good TV for the price. I mounted it to the lid of one of my toolboxes because I have too much free time without adult supervision. But it's a great TV and now the coolest toolbox. It's the biggest that would fit inside my lid.

Purchased this as a kitchen TV to replace the old school one that took up half the table. Big improvement! I bought it online and drove to the store where a gal brought it to my car. Easy! Set up was uncomplicated as well. Clear picture and decent sound. Annoying voice "reading" commands can be turned off in settings. It does have a weird smell at first when in use but that seems to dissipate. Comes with a remote which is fine, although the mute and volume control is low on the pad which is usually where you hold it; kinda dumb. Lots of features for a low price.

It was one of the smallest hd tvs we could find for our kitchen. It is incredibly light, weighs less than 4 lbs. The picture is great and despite other reviews on the sound, it's as good as the other flat panel we had in there that was so old we couldn't plug in hulu or amazon fire stick. Works, well, we're happy.

We purchased this to replace a 17 year-old under-cabinet TV in our kitchen. I wanted something similar in size with an HDMI port so we could use a FireTV Stick. We dumped cable, so there was no practical way to get TV to this location. This TV does just what we need. It's practically the same size as our old TV, but this one is nearly 100% screen; the old one was about 60%! The picture quality is good for 720p and the sound is better than I'd have expected from speakers this small. My only hangup (not complaint) is that there are no 1080p TV's available in this size. 24" is too big for this location. In the end, the picture quality is fine, so maybe the resolution doesn't matter on a 19" screen. Frankly, most cable broadcasts in 720p anyway. I thought about buying a 19" 1080p monitor with speakers, but built-in monitor speakers are usually horrible.

This is a great-priced awesome little basic TV. No frills, no "smart" just plug your HDMI or RCAs in and go. Perfect for a small kitchen TV, screen is bright, picture is good. Very light weight - I have 2 of these and one I take out on jobs when I need access to a TV for troubleshooting.

Great purchase I wanted a small tv for my area at work. The small footprint is perfect for my needs. Good picture. HDMI. AV ports. much smaller and lighter than my previous "19" from the past. I recommend buying if you need a small tv. The stand (2) screw in feet poorly designed flimsy weak support.
