TV fabulous BUT won’t Signal (HDMI) drops in&out!

BUT it will not stay connected to Signal. HDMI drops. I unplug, plug back in then it works 10 or so minutes….then it drops again….then all of a sudden, without me touching it, it starts again. Nuts. Xfinity technicians have been to my home…twice. Not a cable issue. Something is wrong with TV. Sooooo sad! It’s perfect otherwise!

Found the t.v. on line at Best Buy, I purchased the t.v. on line and pick up at curb. My husband drove up to the store, I went into store to tell curb pick up I was here to pick up my t.v.. T.V. was brought out to us a.s.a,p.. we were on our way within 10 minutes after stopping for curb pick up. very pleased with turn round time.
