    Very frustrated with this soundbar. It operates for only a short time, then flashes green into some kind of standby mode. Nothing overrides this feature. Occasionally, unplugging it helps, but not on a reliable basis.

    I'm sorry but this product is not worth the price. The sound is tinny and there is no change in the sound from the 3 selections. When I connected it to Audio in/Audio out, with any increase in volume, I got a loud back hum.

    We got this sound bar to help at our vacation home. However, it was not compatible with the Sharp TV we'd also bought at Best Buy. It was a huge disappointment.

    Tried it on two TVs and it doesn’t work. Have been trying to contact the Greece, NY store for two days and countless hours to no avail. This, this is why brick and mortar stores are disappearing. Workers with no pride in what they do....

    The value was ok for what you got. The speaker sound was not equal to the sound of tv which was the reason why purchased. Idea being I wanted to use in loo of my surround sound system. Will now have use with surround sound system.

    Was not compatible with any of my TV's. Worked with Insignia's tech on the phone for 45minutes when he finally told me it was not compatible.

    Didn't work for my 32" TV I don't know why, but it's a really good Bluetooth speaker for party's.

    Speaker was blown I got it for a gift for daughter for Christmas by the time she got back from her Christmas vacation it was too late to take back to store I was very upset

    Unable to hook up to either of our TVs (LG and Phillips). Tried optical cable, RCA hook ups, HDMI.....no luck. Two days past the return period so I am out of luck

    Just not as good as their old ones. Audio was pretty low quality and even the tiny one they used to sell is better. We ended up getting a cheaper one on Amazon that sounded way better.

    It worked fine but the volume was very low no matter what I did. The TVs internal speaker seemed to do a better job. I returned it.

    A little clunky to setup and not the great sound I had hoped for. Not using it anymore because the tv sounds better.

    Do not buy! I purchased this item for a good price at $59.99 on May, 26th 2021. This item worked well with good bass sound quality. Then, all of a sudden in August, the speakers sound quality failed. Now, the speakers makes static noises, and it is totally useless now. I can’t return this because it’s beyond 30 days from purchase date. I’m very disappointed, and should have spend the extra money for a quality brand. If you buy this, get the protection plan.

    Maybe expectations of this inexpensive sound bar was too high. Sounds were not much better than the tv's rear facing speakers and not much difference in the three choices of sounds.
