I tried to return and exchange it for a new item but was told I could not because the purchase wasn’t in the “other system” since I purchased it online and picked it up. Had to wait to return or exchange it.

Cheap quality

Don't bother

Everything's hooked up right and set to the right channels, but no audio, which is very disappointing.

I don’t want this! Missing Key components!

I waited to open it because I was picking up my sons TV at a later date. Imagine my disdain... when I opened the box and found out that the remote, and cables were missing.. now I have to make a trip during the Christmas melee to return this!!!!

I felt cheated

When I made the purchase in the store they charged me more than what the application said. I felt cheated with the price it says in the app and the prices in the store.
