    Remote on/off never worked.

    The remote for the unit never worked. I bought an optical cable for it and that did not work. I switched back to audio cable and not that doesn't work. I finally got time to return it and the web page is telling me that it is too late to return it. I will take it back to the store tomorrow and see what they say.

    I bought this thinking it would supplement, add to existing speakers when it was plugged in it muted the speakers that came with my smart TV and the first one I bought it and work it all second one is one I found out how bad it was but of course I think it was only 40 bucks but still you have to expect something

    I was not impressed with this sound bar. It was no better then the TV speakers. I needed a soundbar that would be a lot better then the speakers facing backwards on modern TVs. This soundbar always sounded muffled. I returned it.

    Doesn’t work with AV cord supplied

    Had to buy a digital cable to make it work with my tv- the av cable supplied didn’t work with my band new Samsung smart tv. There’s only one connection and I did everything according to the diagram. Not pleased I had to fork over another $15 just to make it work. Bluetooth did work however

    I've only tried a couple of sound bars, but I'm giving up on them. Between the modest improvement in sound, the additional remote, the way none of them seems properly to integrate into the way the TV works, and the additional price, they are not my favorite things in the world.

    Bought a opened box item. Never have had an issue with open box till this one. But was still able to return it. One speaker was out and you could hear it move back and forth in the sound bar. Poor quality on the manufacturer and return peeps at best buy

    I was looking for a simple soundbar to increase volume via plug-in not Blue Tooth. Tried every option without success and within 24 hours the "soundbar" is functioning as a paper weight. I'd bring it back but the closest Best Buy is over 80 miles away in Portland.

    Soundbar won’t connect anymore

    After four weeks the soundbar connecting with the tv. I have the optical cable hooked up and I can’t get any sound even with the tv settings set to the optical cable. Waste of money. Look elsewhere.

    The only reason I gave a poor review was after trying to get this box sound to work, I soon learned my Roku streaming device will not support this sound box. I was disappointed but wanted to be fair about the product itself.

    The quality is really bad. We never could get it to work properly - even my whipper-snapper computer genius SIL couldn't get it to stay on. I sent it back for a refund.

    Bluetooth doesn’t work

    Wont connect to my Apple TV via Bluetooth. I followed all the troubleshooting steps in the manual and it still won’t appear as a device for my Apple TV to connect to but every other speaker in my house shows up on the list.

    If you’re thinking about getting this because of the price point, don’t do it, it’s not worth it. This barely sounds better/louder than the typical integral TV speaker and it doesn’t turn on when you turn on your TV.

    Unit idles in standby and won't let the TV it is connected to bring it out of standby mode, requiring you to alternatively use it's own standalone remote every time. Kinda defeats the purpose of the digital output connection.
