So I actually purchased this for my computer. I have a dual monitor stand and my desk is not very large so I did not have a lot of room for computer speakers. If fits perfectly underneath my dell dual monitor stand. It uses bluetooth so I only have the power cable and it can easily be hidden. Sound quality is decent. Better than my macbook built in speakers.

Very happy with soundbar itself. We needed a small one for our 24" kitchen TV that had horrible sound and this was the only small version we could find. It has very good sound and perfectly balances on the top of the TV. (That's not recommended but works well for us). There isn't room underneath the TV. One complaint about the product: Description was not clear that it didn't include optical audio input cable. Especially for us that weren't all that familiar with the technology. Had to go back to the store for that which increased the cost of something we already felt we were spending too much for. Speaker and cable were half of what we paid for the tv. One general complaint. :) Just wish we could have found a smaller soundbar somewhere. This is very nice and is a good size but still a little too much for what we needed but there weren't any other options available.

I needed a soundbar for my PC, and wanted one that was compact and not a huge cost. This one seemed to fit the bill. Overall, it's been fine. Setup was easy and I started with a wired setup. That worked fine. Soundbar sounded decent for the size of the speakers. Don't expect high fidelity or crazy loudness. But for me, it fit the bill. I did try using Bluetooth to set it up at one point to reduce my wires, but it had a bit of a lag in the audio when watching movies, and I didn't find a way to fix it. So, I ultimately went back to the wired setup, and it's fine. Ultimately, for the price, it's solid, and I'd get another one if I had the same use cases.

Works good for a kitchen speaker except it turns off on it's own. We have it plugged into an Alexa device when we want to jam out while making dinner or listening while we eat. It costs less than a speaker you would purchase for this purpose. and fits under a cabinet saving counter space.

The speaker has a great sound and is easy to hook up. The remote that comes with it is not so great. I have to take cover off the batteries and roll them to make remote to work. Also the range for the remote is about 4 feet. Love the speaker hate the remote. This speaker is well priced.

Powerful sound for such a little package. It was my house stereo while we moved into our new place. Nice rich sound that is at that max you can expect for this small size. Its good for your main at a fair price. It takes SPDIF optical, headphone jack for your phone with an adapter and Bluetooth. I dont write a lot of reviews, but this one deserved it.

Needed a soundbar for my tv in the kitchen but didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg for it. Found this Insignia soundbar on Best Buy’s website and it was just what I was looking for. Perfect small size for the kitchen and great sound as well. Has better Bass then I was expecting and overall sound quality is good. Has 3 different sound settings you can select from. It was on sale for $29.99. For that price it was a great value.

You get what you pay for! Sorry, you get MORE than you pay for! I'll admit, I got this on a very good discount, but even so! For whatever they're selling it for full price, I'm sure it's worth it to some extent. I'm using it for my desktop setup, and it works flawlessly with both monitors pumping in sound at the same time, as well as sounds great, crisp, clear, and booming when I need it depending on the content. If you're looking for something that gives you bang for your buck, this is it. If you're looking for something to hold you over audio-wise till you buy something better, this is a solid candidate. I would recommend.

Excellent solution for replacing 2 RCA satellite speakers I've been using with my desktop. The size is just right, sound quality is amazing for the price, and having Bluetooth as a backup option is perfect! The bass quality is also surprisingly clear. Highly recommend for the average user, whether for a television in a small room or for your desktop/laptop.

Yes, they're are better sounding sounders I have heard, but not in this price range. The soundbar is a nice compact design. Easy to set up. I used an optical cable. Sounds great. Definitely recommend, especially with smaller TV's that have suboptimal speakers. I had a coupon and it was also discounted at the time. So for me it was a no brainer. I would buy again.

I have to say although the size may be deceiving, this little sound-bar delivers a nice punch and enhances any device; goes great with my 32” LG TV. Solid sound for the price! The only downfall is the remote does not respond at times.

Nice compact unit with clear sound. Bass levels are great for a smaller speaker. Connects to TV with Bluetooth or cables. Connected to cable box and cable remote immediately.

Used this sound bar with a an insignia LCD tv we bought 10 years ago. Works very well and produces big sound and adequate base given that it doesn’t come with a subwoofer. We needed a small sound bar for the room it is in. Very pleased with the purchase. Didn’t even get a good sale. Price was right and we will be purchasing at least one more.

We are very pleased with the sound quality - it's difficult to hear dialogue at times with our TV speakers and the sound is often too soft, but the soundbar does a great job giving a greater depth and richness to the sound and we can hear everything more clearly. I love the size as well. It's pretty discreet. The soundbar consistently works when we use Chromecast (with an optical cable), but it doesn't work as consistently when we switch to regular TV (but it does seem to work better with the regular audio cables). It could honestly just be our TV - it's around 10 years old - and I'm not bothered enough to try to look into it more.

    Good enough for bedroom tv

Bought this for new bedroom tv that speakers face the back of the TV and just wasn't good enough sound being that tv is in a armoire. This is a low priced small sound bar that does the job for what I wanted. I did not need subwoofer and big sound in bedroom just wanted to have normal sound without a big cost. One downside is that we nor geek squad can get the remotes coordinated so that when the tv goes into sleep mode at night that the sound bar shuts totally off. Small inconvenience and the cost of the next viable sound bar was much higher.

This is a basic soundbar. Don't expect it to do what it cannot. It was easy to set up and the sound is better than what was coming out of the TV speakers. The price was right as well

Let me start this by saying I am extremely picky about speakers and sound. I don’t subscribe to the whole “audiophile” community, but without getting specific, I am more than qualified to determine what is good and bad when it comes to speakers and sound. That being said, this is not “good”. It’s not even great. It’s just fine. For what it is, the sound is more than acceptable. It’s being used in my bedroom for the small TV that rarely gets used. I don’t need that TV to have stellar sound, it just needs to have better than what is built in and, let me tell you, this mini sound bar does exactly that. This is an improvement on just about 90% of the built in speakers that you will get on modern TVs. It has a decent dynamic range that doesn’t leave you missing anything important. It isn’t gonna be a life-changing experience, but it is definitely worth the money for what it can do. For anyone looking for an improvement without breaking the bank or attaching a massive sound bar to a small TV, this is a perfect fit. There is one cardinal complaint I have. It does not have HDMI ARC capabilities, therefore HDMI-CEC is not an option for controlling the volume. To simplify, you have to use RCA, 3.5mm or Optical. This means you HAVE to use the remote that is included. You cannot use your TV remote to control the volume or power. That is the only real issue I have with this mini sound bar. Otherwise, it’s a quality product that does exactly what you would expect it to and nothing more and nothing less.

I wanted to get a simple soundbar. It's easy to get sucked into thinking, "Well, if I pay $79, I may as well pay $99 for the better one," but I figured I'd get this and give it a shot. The difference was clear: we watched Gladiator and toggled off the soundbar and TV speakers and the soundbar sounded much better. You aren't getting deep bass, etc., but it's a clear improvement. The only SUPER ANNOYING thing is that there's an LED light as bright as the sun in the middle of it. I covered that with a tiny bit of electrical tape.
