Bluetooth mode doesnt like up with the TV which is super annoying. Sound is normal. Mounting is a bit difficult.

One word: TRASH! This soundbar is an eyesore, and the sound quality is terrible—barely any better than a cheap cell phone speaker. I expected at least decent audio, but this completely missed the mark. Don’t waste your money on this; it’s not worth it.

Needed a new soundbar to wirelessly connect my projector to. A friend gifted me a Best Buy gift card a while back; which I had forgotten about… after searching everywhere for a soundbar, I remembered the gifted best buy card and decided to order this inexpensive one, not really thinking about anything other than my need for a new one. Received it a crew days later. Propped it up where I wanted it, connected it, and tried it out. I gotta admit, my expectations for it weren’t very high because of its price but let me tell you…. I LOVE THIS SOUNDBAR!! It’s loud. It’s clear. Sound is clear. Bass is on point. Volume is incredibly impressive. I got myself an above par item with this soundbar. Pls excuse my inability to wait on posting this review before proper installation of soundbar and projector

I’m really impressed with this Insignia soundbar! For such an affordable price, it delivers a big improvement over my TV’s built-in speakers. Dialogue is much clearer, music sounds crisp, and it even adds a nice touch of bass for movies and shows. Setup was a breeze — I had it connected and working in just a few minutes. The included cables made everything simple, and it paired easily with my Bluetooth devices for streaming music. I also love that it’s compact enough to fit neatly under my TV, but still has a sleek, modern look. Overall, a great buy for anyone who wants better TV audio on a budget! I’d definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Got this soundbar because my tv speakers were just not enough. I use my tv every night before bed and I don’t have the best hearing so getting something that can sharpen the audio was needed. I would say this is a pretty good sound bar for the price. Nothing really special but it does the job. I did also have it connected to my pc and it’s great but switching back n forth to my tv and pc was kind of annoying so I just kept it w my tv. One downside is that sometimes my tv controller does not want to decrease or increase the volume so I then have to use the bar controller to reset it, and my tv is the same brand as the bar so that’s the annoying part. Other than that it’s pretty good for the price.

I needed this sound bar to go with my new Insignia TV, which had sound that got a little tinny as you turned it up. This was pretty easy to set up. I was hoping that being Insignia, the volume button would integrate with my existing remote, but I still have to use the included sound bar emote to turn the volume up and down. The sound is overall better, especially the music.

This speaker is great for its price. The speakers built into our tv died and so we bought this so that we wouldn't need to replace the whole tv. For its price this is better than the built in speakers by a mile. We have had one issue unfortunately with the optical audio. Either the provided cable died on us already or the port died. We just switched over to aux and it still works.

I think I purchased this for $40 on a Deal of the Day a while back. It has changed my tv watching experience with my cheap Roku TV. Good: Setup was a breeze. It has three hookups, 1/8 inch jack, optic cables, or HDMI. I ended up using the HDMI connection into my TV's eARC HDMI port (that was recommended is using HDMI). Now, I'm unsure if that's why setup was so easy or not. Basically it was plug and play. TV recognized it right away, and my master Roku TV remote just automatically started controlling the volume of the soundbar without having to tweak any settings. What could be easier than that? So, I never use the actual soundbar remote. But, if you wanted to, you could change up some different viewing settings like movie, standard, etc.. I just leave it on the default and it's fine for my purposes. The Bad: This is the only reason I give it four stars. It includes a 1/8 cable and an optic cable for connectivity. It does not include an HDMI cable. When I was trying to use the included optic cable, I COULD NOT for the life of me, get the cable to insert to the port of the soundbar or my TV. Maybe I'm missing something really easy, but I eventually had to pick up an HDMI cable to hook it up. Yes, I did hook it up with the 1/8 inch (headphone) jack. Don't even bother with that. Terrible quality. Once I got it hooked up with HDMI though, it's been totally fine. For $40 it's a no brainer.

I purchased this sound bar in July 2024, and for the price, it's pretty decent. It performs well in a small room, providing clear audio that's a noticeable upgrade from built-in TV speakers. The setup was simple, and it’s been reliable so far. However, it doesn’t have the power or depth you'd want for a larger space. The sound tends to get a bit thin in bigger rooms, and the bass isn’t very strong. I wouldn’t recommend it for a living room or an open area, but if you need an affordable option for a bedroom or office, it does the job. Overall, a solid budget buy for small spaces.

I purchased 2 of these sound-bars because I got them at a very good price. I have one on my bedroom n one in my living room. They were really easy to set up n use. I connected them with an hdmi cord which was simple to plug into the back of both televisions.I think they have a pretty good sound, much louder than the volume that was on the tv originally. The volume gets really loud for watching movies. It’s not as good as a high price one but I think it’s a good sound for the price I paid. J would purchase it again.
