Just makes the bass LOUD

All this soundbar did was greatly increase the bass. I tried all the electronic voice enhancements and it did increase the volume of male voices only making them sound very "boomy". It's being returned. On the good side, it allows you to use your Insignia TV's remote to power it on and adjust volume. No more 2nd remote! I contacted support and they were truly awful. Said I shouldn't be connecting it using THE INCLUDED HDMI CABLE and to use optical or RCA cables.
