I have a "budget level" LED TV I purchased from Best Buy as a "back to school" sale. The speakers on the TV are failing, and of course it's out of warranty... I didn't' want to pay $100+ to possibly repair a TV that was $240 to begin with. This was a great solution. We used an optical cable to connect this sound bar, since the TV did not have a bluetooth option to connect. The should is perfect! This easily replaced the built in speakers and will prolong the life if this budget level LED TV. In fact, the sound coming out of this bar is even better than the original built in speakers, even gets louder than the TV did on its own.

needed something to help me hear better when I was watching in bed.. My TV would go loud enough, but I had trouble hearing and understanding the words. Setting this up on my headboard was the perfect solution. It also immediately connected to my Insignia TV and DirecTv remote so once I set it up, never really needed to use the remote that came with it. Doesn't take up much space so works for me.

Bought this for outdoor patio use. Easy connect and reasonably good sound quality and volume considering low price. BTW, will need weather protection!

I was very pleased with this sound bar for what I paid. It’s not going to blow you away, but very clear crisp sound. Easy set up, great size, and impressive output.

For the price it was exactly what I need. Something to make the volume louder without spending 1000$. No grain at all. I dont know why I would get anything else.

Needed something small to go under my Desktop 25” monitor and this mini sound bar was perfect size as only 12” in width. Price was nice and was impressed with the sound quality as I am using the digital optical cable from PC. Give it a try if you have limited space with a small TV in a second or third bedroom.

Works well as as a TV sound bar for small office TV. Bluetooth works well but sound quality for music is good but not great. Overall value is very good.

I purchased this soundbar to enhance the audio output from the TV which we use on our back porch. The sound is truly excellent, especially considering the size of the unit. The remote control works flawlessly and the volume is more than adequate. The soundbar was simple to connect to our TCL TV> Highly recommended!

Great sound from a small box that wont take up a lot of space. Very easy to operate and select audio sources. Bluetooth connection is ultra fast and easy!

I purchased this for a record player that I have in our hearth room. I wanted something small that could be hidden under the console table that holds the record player! This has great sound for how small it is and especially for the price. It is just a basic speaker, so doesn't have much base. Perfect if that is what you're looking for!

We got this soundbar for my father-in-law, we wanted something that was simple to install and didn't require a learning curve after we left for the holidays. The setup was easy and the soundbar paired with his tv, cable box, and cable remote with no problem. The sound is clear and is pretty impressive for its mini size. If you're looking for something that provides true surround sound, this isn't the product but if you want clear sound and better volume control, I recommend it. Overall, the Insignia mini soundbar was perfect for the small tv and small space.

Compact enough to complement any decor. Sound comes out clear and overall volume is enhanced noticeably. Bluetooth enabled device is a great value as well.

I added this soundbar to a TV I bought for a Christmas present. The person had been to my house and experienced watching TV with my Polk soundbar and sub woofer. I thought this would be a good substitute given the size of her space and the TV I was getting. It did not deliver the same experience of course, but I was very pleased with the size and the quality. Someone else is currently using it in a bedroom as a speaker for a phone and they love it. It travels with them on business trips as well.

We bought this speaker to install in our motorhome since the TV speakers were not very loud. The ultimate test was to see if this would provide enough volume while I was driving on the road. Verdict is it does increase sound substantially. The only drawback we found was some background noise when the volume controls of this speaker were turned up above 75%. That said I recommend this for others who have a similar issue. In addition, connecting to the Bluetooth was simple and helps provide music in the RV from our smartphones from services such as Pandora.

I bought two of these for some low-end TV's we have in our home. I like this because it's a definite improvement over the TV speakers, especially when the TV isn't mounted on the wall. I chose this not only because it was inexpensive, but because it was simple to use. You just plug it in to the headphone jack of the TV and plug the AC adapter into the wall, and you're done. I leave the volume all the way up on the sound bar, and use my TV remote to adjust the sound through the TV headphone jack. Slick. No need for bluetooth or charging...

I bought this little Insignia Soundbar as an open box item. When it came it was missing the power cord. Best Buy sent me to a nearby BB store where they exchanged the Soundbar for a new, never opened soundbar. After hooking it up to the TV in our living room the tinny sound of the television is made much better by this sound bar. The volume level is more than adequate. The Bluetooth capability is an excellent add-on. For the price, this is a terrific buy. Don't expect Bose like sound, but you will be impressed by what you do get.

This Sound Bar provides good quality audio and a surprising number of features for its price. You can connect it using analog RCA jacks, optical TOSLINK cables, or with Bluetooth. It seems to pair well with Insignia brand HDTVs when you use the provided RCA cables, as the Insignia TV remote could power on both the TV and sound bar and adjust the sound bar's volume. This unfortunately ceased to work after switching over to higher quality optical cables. But thankfully the sound bar does come with its own remote. My biggest issue with this sound bar is the DSP settings. Using the provided remote, you can choose between Standard, Theater, or News audio processing. But the unit gives you no way of knowing what DSP setting it is currently on. So if you are wondering why your music sounds bad, it could be that someone accidentally switched the DSP setting to News. I always press the Standard button before I do anything with this sound bar, just in case it was inadvertently switched somehow. They need to put an indicator light on it for the DSP setting, or remove the multiple DSP settings altogether. For this price though, it is simply the best I've seen and heard.

My husband needed something small and this was easy for him to set up. It works well and fills his need for good sound from a small soundbar.

Needed a small sound bar for my RV and this one is perfect. I have used the Bluetooth feature and play music over it paired with my phone. Worked great and was still able to hear it fine over my AC unit on high. Works great with my tv as well, have it hooked up via optical cable. Good purchase for anyone with an RV, small and loud.

This is an inexpensive, small profile sound bar used in my RV. Line in wasn't extremely loud but using the headphone out added the necessary boost, well beyond listening limits. It has 3 different sound environments and the heavy bass is more than enough. The cost and unit are well priced and exceeded my expectations.
