Have only had soundbar system for 3.5 years. Have taken good care of it, and have moved twice. After past move, system will not work. No audio. Have exhausted every troubleshooting step and have tried multiple types of audio cables, with no luck. Zero sound. While it worked, it was great. Good sound, especially if you just want to increase the volume for conversations. Wasn't disappointed. Easy to set up as well. Just wish I could have gotten longer than 3.5 years, but in the end, good bang for the bucks and would probably buy again.

Love the bass!! Sounds awesome also small and compact fights well in entertainment center. Would definitely recommend this product to friends and family or anyone who has limited space. Great price for the quality product you are receiving

It was easy to set up it does seem to have move bass then what my spalling living room can handle so I keep it turned to the lowest setting but can beat the price

Bought this for a friend who already had one by a 'Brand Name' but was terribly disappointed in it. Particularly in hearing voices on shows of all types. Voices are nice and clear while still delivering well on background music. To my friend and I, the best feature is the dialog lift on the remote. This feature, for a soundbar with small subwoofer that doesn't require taking out a 2nd morgage on your house, is nothing short of outstanding! Highly recommended for someone who doesn't want to invest in a large (and) expensive) 5.1 system. Setup took less than 5 minutes. Plugged in the included optical cable to back on TV, plugged power into wall, tuned it on, bluetooth subwoofer took plus or minus half a second to connect itself and we're done!

Easy to install...impressive sound. The Bluetooth feature works great for connecting wireless devices (phone, MP3 player, etc).

So I love watching movies and TV and I always thought you had to have the big surroundsound my problem was is that with my surroundsound I wasn't sure how loud it was whenever the voices without whenever the actors or whatever would talk the sound would be real low and then an any action it would blow me away and I couldn't hear I had to turn it down and then I can hear their voices and vice versa maybe I just had a problem with my different leveling's but I did adjust them accordingly and I still had proms with the surroundsound when I put this in all my God it was so good and then for the price it's outstanding I want to buy another one also like to hook it up to my phone to listen to my music while I'm brushing my teeth

I bought in store for a lower price than listed online ($75). With a subwoofer, there is a more rich audio experience. I initially just wanted a step up from my tv speakers. I am very impressed. Paired with an optical audio cable (difference compared to the included RCA was noticeable for me) my living room sounds amazing. The remote is sub par but I will be getting a sideclick for my Roku tv to pair with that remote. The unit doesn’t equal out the sound so you may run into an issue where watching tv/movie has some quiet parts then really loud leaving you adjusting the audio. That being said the quality of audio exceeds expectations. I leave the bass at lowest settings and it’s still great enough for me!

I bought this sound bar on Black Thursday not intending to. I'd heard about friends purchasing a sound bar with their new TVs and since I was purchasing a new Samsung 55", I thought why not? I started in the long line with a sound bar system for $179, then turned the corner and found another for $139. I checked in with one of the Best Buy salesmen who told me that they are all basically the same quality, but you pay more or less for branding. As soon as the purchasing counter was in sight, I saw this Insignia brand for $99 and immediately put the other one back. This is perfect sound quality as I don't need the room to rattle if I'm watching an action thriller. The wireless subwoofer is really neat for my small living room. Love it!

Installed with new TV, improved sound field significantly. The low end really picked up. Volume limit is too low, it should be able to be louder.

Sound bar sounded great right out of the package. Fairly easy hook up. Connects to my tv and bluetoothes to my mobile devices for Spotify, Pandora, etc.

I know there are better products, but for projecting the sound forward with a very good woofer, this does the job. The price is great. The design is sleek. The operation is easy.

This sound bar and subwoofer are great. Loud and clear. Paid 50 dollars and I bought two of them. It was a good deal and great product. Just remember does not come with optical cable.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this product due to the price, but I must say I'm very happy with the sound quality and the bass sound kicks up my movie watching experience. Great product for the price

This soundbar has good sound especially for the lower price paid. It has decent bass in the subwoofer and easy setup with wireless.

Good quality sound, also has a nice deep base. Only complaint is the volume settings are too far apart, sometimes it’s either too loud or quiet with no in between.

The sound bar and subwoofer was easy to set up. The sound it puts out is clear and has good bass. This sound bar is great for small spaces.

Great sound bar and wireless sub. Amazing bass. BT is a great feature. I linked my phone. Laptop. Tablet and play music through it. Only wish there was a eq to customize the sound.

This is my second external tv speaker that I've purchased. My first one only lasted about two months before it just stopped working. It wasn't an Insignia. This one was a few bucks more than I wanted to spend on a speaker but it came with a sub woofer that wirelessly connected to the main speaker so I could justify the price. It actually works pretty good and I'm glad I got the sub woofer. The main speaker makes a big difference in volume and allows you to control how much if any bass you want from the sub by using the remote control. Plug it in and voila! After your tv picks up and starts the external speaker on its own, you control the main speaker with your regular remote volume button.

I was iffy about this sound bar before I bought it but decided to try it out anyway. When I opened the box I could tell the build quality was solid but of course with an item like this, sound is the most important aspect. In my option, this sound bar can easily keep up with systems 2 or even 3 times the price. The sound is clear at any volume and as you increase the volume it just keeps getting louder and louder with no distortion. The subwoofer does a great job of shaking the floor (its adjustable if you need to worry about your relatives or neighbors). Overall an excellent system at an outstanding price.

Need an extra boost from the tv system. The old version needed 5 mini speakers and a box and always sounded muffled. This one sound bar worked very well. It can shake up a room. Though we haven't turned it on full blast to test. Sound comes thru pretty crisp. I did buy a second one for the other tv. One note, the light on the woofer box stays on all time. It doesn't hum which is good, not like older units. But makes you wonder if you had shut it off when you walk by the box.
