Had to ship it due to not available for store pick up in my area and I think this may have contributed to the problem. Mini fridge arrived and it's box was beat up, when it was unpacked fridge looked OK (no dents). When we plugged it in, it only runs for a few minutes and then shuts off, no interior temperature change. Returning this item ASAP.

Better to purchase a non-bestbuy brand (Insignia is best buy). I called and they were not helpful at all. Sorry, but if your product stops after 2 years, replace it free of charge.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was happy at first until months later. - The fridge makes a loud popping noise every now and then. - Even with space it can really heat up a room. - If the "freezer" is a selling point do not buy this fridge, the ice cube trays were still filled with cold water after a week. And now because of the freezer not in freezing temperature, the "ice" is melting which is creating puddles (picture attached). And yes I've changed the temperature settings. If you want a fridge that keeps drinks cold this will do that, and that is all.

Just a headache

So it already had to be returned, annoying. 2) The freezer part couldnt even keep ice cream cold so it melted. 3) After just 3 month of having this item the cooling unit STOPPED WORKING COMPLETELY, GARBAGE. I am a stressed college student already and when I called customer service they were no help AT ALL. I had to drive this garbage to their store to finally get help.
