    Received this refrigerator either last week in June or first week in July and it arrived dented and now it’s not cold at all. I am so disappointed because I am not able to get around to look at these in the store, since I’ve been less mobile with my illness and I depended on ordering online. Now I have to find someone to return this useless appliance, pack it all up and mail back. I have it on 7- which has been making it somewhat cold for the past few days that I discovered it being warmer. Today Aug 16 i can hear it on but now it’s not even a tad bit cold. The size was perfect for me, and so was the price, however the quality is horrible and should have never came to me dented either.

    The refrigerator arrived in its box very well packed To my surprise when I opened the refrigerator’s box the refrigerator was all dented. Perhaps Best Buy should place more emphasis to these manufactures to make sure products meat BB quality standards See pictures attaches

    Though this item is nice on the outside and the shelves are removeable, the lack of versatility of door space is a waste, unless you drink a 12pk in a day. Why didn't they design the can holders to be adjustable from holding cans to an L shaped shelf so you have a place for condiments, cheese slices, or other non-12oz can products. When it runs it's loud too. Wish I would have purchased differently.

    This fridge keeps things cool and is a nice size. But it is so NOISY I know refrigerators make some noise but this fridge makes way to much noise. I hear it in the middle of the night. I wish I could return it. There is no way I can send this fridge with my son when he goes away to college. It will keep him up all night. Now I feel like is was a waste of my money

    Came with dent/scratches

    Like many here the product was damaged with a dent and scratches on the top and scratches on the side when I opened the box. Trying to talk to customer service to see what to do.

    The replacement fridge is noisy too..And corner was damaged. I would return it, but don’t have the box. I wouldn’t buy this ever again
