I love it, extremely easy to use/clean up and makes perfect white rice. I have yet to try to make brown rice in it, but for white it works very well.

And the rice comes out perfectly fine in texture when it is done. The only thing you must understand, if you come from high end rice cookers, it will only keep the rice warm for a couple hours. Which is fine for me, but if you expect to keep your rice warm overnight, you will wake up to some REALLY dry rice.

I recommended if you want a single rice plate for a single or a maximum of two people for sharing.
