Great Washer

I'd never heard of this brand but I needed a washer to fit in my space & it was a good price. The last 2 washers I've owned were Maytag & can honestly say I like this new washer MUCH Better. It does a fine job washing but what I really like is that it has a dedicated spin only cycle. The Maytag you had to do this & that to get it to spin only. Plus both my Maytag washers seals got slimy & moldy really quickly. This washer so far has not, but it's only been a month or so. But no slime or anything so far. The run & spin cycles are really quite, which is important because I have it in my kitchen. Side note: The installer was very respectful & helpful with explaining everything, after he tested the unit to make sure it worked properly. Overall a great experience. At first I was disappointed that the unit was not available on the date promised but they took care of that too.

Works well, is quiet and efficient. Instructions for paising and u locking the door to addd or remove something from a cycle could be more forthcoming, but that does not reflect on the worksmanship of the product.

Great little washing machine

It has a larger capacity than I expected. The settings are easy to use. My close come out great. It seems well made. The other washers in this size were not available and I was hesitant not having experience with Insignia but now I think this is better than the comparable options and I would purchase again.

Have only had them for about a month, but so far very impressed with the performance of both. Both the washer and dryer work very well and look more expensive than they are. Great value.

Only complaint is every once in a while something gets caught when I close the door and it will leak a bit. So just be diligent in making sure nothing thin is caught at the edge of the door

I bought it for my parents who are not good with technology but once I help them to set everything up it was super easy to use. Just two buttons and it will begin washing.
