Actually holds more than I expected and has so many cycles to choose from. Just exactly what I needed. I feel like the stacking kit was an afterthought though. It works, but not the best design, and the instructions are not super clear! But the unit is perfect!

squealing after two years and leaking

Just started tonight. I was moderately happy with the unit, but I too had leaking issues. It seems as though if there is too much detergent, it flows back up into the detergent dispenser, where it overflows and leaks down the front of the machine and onto the floor. I have had to make sure the amount of detergent has been reduced from what I would normally use to keep this from happening. Until it started squealing, I was happy with it. Great size, fits a tight space. Now, it's out of warranty, I will have to pay to fix it. Quality has really gone the way of the dinosaur. The washer this replaced, was in service for over 15yrs, with no issues.

It does a fantastic job washing loads of laundry. It’s much bigger than anticipated. I can wash a comforter in this machine with ease. Highly recommended! Definitely gives you the best bang for your buck.

Had a lot of problems with delivery and installation. Why is the serial number in the back of the washer? Stackable go against a wall. Had to pay my building maintenance people to pull it out after installation so I could get the serial Numberto get a rebate.

They don’t send a skilled technician to install

Best Buy said they would replace it. When they came they wanted me to have my hot and cold water turn off checked. I did that there was nothing wrong with it the problem was there installer didn’t put the drain hose down into the drain or secure it so it popped out and the water went everywhere. I got a contractor to fix it the right way and Best Buy should be paying for my floor damage but I haven’t heard anything more from them. If they don’t send a skilled technician to install the appliances, that is a big problem.

It looks like a quality unit,and was not damaged by shipping . I think it will be a good washer. Overall it was a good experience ,and i would recomend this washer and best buy to anyone.

Machine was left crooked and not far enough back so the door would close. They left a hose I did not need and charged me for it. No matter how many calls, I was left with the mess and over charges.
