Machine was left crooked and not far enough back so the door would close. They left a hose I did not need and charged me for it. No matter how many calls, I was left with the mess and over charges.

I did not want to spend an exorbitant amount so I opted for this BestBuy brand. I don't regret it though compact units should be more affordable than they are.
