    Havnit been able to use all thr different settings yet but what we have tried works great. Very quiet. So far so good. Only thing is (not machines fault) it is a bit to small for sone items. I was limited by size tight area.

    Have owned it a few months. Sometimes I get an Error Message and it won’t start…..on certain cycles. The Error Message requires calling for service. However, I discovered by unplugging it and/or tripping the main circuit breaker, the Error Message disappears. Note this washer uses 120 w. Matching dryer is 220 w.

    I have the washer and dryer. Dryer is outstanding, the washer on the other hand… after 5 loads a small pool of water shows up behind where you chsnge the drain plug……..To be determined. Geek squad showed up and diagnosed an issue. Two parts will come via mail and a follow up appt is scheduled. Im baffled that having such a brand new washing machine and having something like this happen. Rating for now is a 1 until the leaky piece is fixed…… more to follow.

    It is the worst item that I have ever bought at Best Buy. Washer came with no feet on it. literally, none, and of course they wouldn't have sent the wrench to adjust them. By far a useless very expensive appliance. May I return it? We installed it yesterday, and found all the parts missing, and it just wals across the basement on it's own. Please advise.

    I bought this about a month ago and it works well. its pretty quiet and has lots of options for various load types. i also like that the front load plastic is tinted to hide a bit what clothes is in there since I live in a small condo and can now do laundry while I have company over.
