    Money wasted. Lasted less than a year. The pump broke.I would not recommend this to anyone. Since it is a stackable set, I had to throw both.

    Bother the washer and dryer literally broker one month after the warranty expiration. Neither Bestbuy or Insignia would repair or replace. I was under impression I had an extra year due to being "elite" member, but that wasn't honored either as they said that program started a few months after the purchase. The repair person quoted more for the repair than purchasing new machines.

    After the first week of purchase the control panel did not work.Best Buy changed the panel completely ( under warranty) So they did not change the washer only the faulty part ( panel) It is not a good customer service

    Horribly made products. The dryer broke within three months and replacement parts never arrived. The washing machine produced the smelliest clothes even after disinfecting numerous times. I junked both within months of buying them for new LG units. Same price and infinitely better. Never, ever buy Insignia products. First time in my life that I junked purchased products still under warranty.

    The product came with defected parts according to the geek squad. The delivery team and geek squad member were also very unprofessional. Ordering at best buy has been a nightmare. Returning this new machine that came defected.

    Tiny machine is only practical for a single person, and can’t even fit a quilt. It leaked several times. I like Best Buy, but they need to keep working on that brand.

    Will not efficiently or effectively wash the clothes if there’s anything bigger than a small load. Clothes often left smelling not as clean as I would like it.
