My desktop went down and I needed to get files off the hard drive. After looking at different docking stations I picked this model. The Insignia was priced fairly and works as advertised. It's nice to have the two slots if I need to access another drive.

Simple and functional. It is small enough to not be obtrusive and it functions exactly as advertised. Super simple exchange if not a little slower than expected.

I had my doubts about this box but they literally work very well and very fast I have no issues with it I get over 150 MB transfer on them most the time sometimes even more This is actually the second one that I purchased

Great little unit that came just when I needed it. It was packed well. It powered right up and included all the cables I needed to hook into my iMac. It accepted two 2TB HDDs without issue. I was able to save to them quickly. Overall I’m very happy with this HDD adapter. No complaints.

I had a couple of old HDD's laying around from years ago, and I wanted to see what was on them. This worked perfectly! I was also able to use it to make clones of an HDD to an SSD perfectly. I was very excited and glad I purchased this.

I bought this adapter along with a replacement HDD when I had a hard drive begin to fail on my main machine. I was very pleased to find out that you can have 2 HDDs in the dock, and transfer directly between them, reading and writing to both drives at the same time.

It was a major help in transferring files from a lock up PC to a new Windows 11 PC.

Have had several different docking stations in the past. All of the previous models had a connector that broke after a while. This one has a different connector that seems to be much better. It will also work with many types of computers.

This device saved me a great deal of time with recovering files from a computer that stopped working. Fortunately the HD was still working and this pretty much loads it as a USB drive. Very helpful and very easy to use!

Customer converted from a two-hard drive desktop to a laptop with a small ssd. This was the ideal solution to give her access to the data from her old computer. The docking station is light compared to others I’ve owned, and it’s brand new, but it’s working fine.

Super easy to use and very good for the price offered

This works pretty well, only weird thing I encountered was that I was in the middle of browsing a hard drive on one of the bays, then I inserted another one and it took over the drive letter and messed up my work flow. So if you're going to do two hard drives, plug in both at the same time

ya this little docking station worked like a charm! was able to xfer a bunch old photos/vids from my onld computer that doesnt work anymore!

I purchased this following a lightning strike that fried the power supply on my front desk computer. I was able to remove the hard drive from the dead computer and was able to get my business up and running in no time without any lost data.

I purchased the hard drive jar ace to hold my Hard drives from my older Desk top Mac Pro. Set up was simple, removing my old hard drives and plugging them into this device. My Mac Pro 16 inch laptop picked them up quickly and you view them along with your other drives. Great device!!

I bought this to host my parents old hard drive from a PC that died. This dock makes it easy to install and connect the old hard drive to their new PC. It's connected via USB, you just push the old drive in the top. This sits outside of the computer case on the desk.
